The best location in Breckenridge! This bright, two bedroom condo (second bedroom is a loft) offers the best of both worlds with easy access to the ski resort and downtown.. Walk to the Snowflake lift in the winter time, and ski in on Four O'Clock Run. Main Street is just a short five minute walk away. Enjoy the sounds of Sawmill Creek from your private balcony where local wildlife like fox and moose like to roam. Relax in the shared hot tub nestled among the pines in the backyard. Sleeps six. Pets welcome (SEE DETAILS BELOW)

1 bedroom plus open loft / 2 bathroom well maintained condo with private balcony and large shared hot tub.

The condo sleeps up to six guests. There is a queen size bed in the main level bedroom, two twin beds in the second-level loft with ensuite bathroom, and a very comfortable queen size memory foam sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need to cook meals that can be enjoyed together in the dining area that seats six.

Wildwood Suites is located in a quiet cul de sac, with easy access to Breckenridge Ski Resort. The Snowflake Lift is a five minute walk away, or the free shuttle picks up a half-block from the front of the building. Ski back from Peaks 8 or 9 via Four O'Clock Run (ranked as easy terrain). End your day with a refreshing soak in the hot tub nestled among the pines in the backyard.

In addition, Main Street is also a short five minute walk where you will find plenty of dining, shopping, and nightlife options.

During the summer and fall, several hiking and biking trails are accessible close by. There are picnic tables & charcoal grills located next to Sawmill Creek in the backyard of the complex for your enjoyment.

PETS - Up to two, well-behaved dogs are permitted with an additional fee. The fee is $20 per dog, per night. Please specify if you plan on bringing a pet so that the fees may be adjusted accordingly.

PARKING - There is parking for ONE vehicle only. Permit is required and will be issued upon check-in.

There is a locked owners closet in each bedroom- please do not tamper with them.

This picturesque little ski town in the heart of the Rockies has so much to offer from world class skiing and snowboarding to endless outdoor exploration. Our condo is only a few blocks from historic, downtown Breckenridge where you will find an array of great dining and shopping experiences. Breckenridge is filled with creative little treasures that you will discover around every corner. Entertainment options are plentiful with lots of talented, local bands, the Breckenridge Backstage Theater, the Breckenridge Repertory Orchestra and more. Once you have enjoyed the liveliness of downtown, retreat back to the condo that is located on a very quiet dead-end street. The condo building backs up to a wooded area, Sawmill creek, and 4 O'Clock ski run. We encourage you to leave the windows open in the summer to fall asleep to the soothing sounds of the creek and take in the fresh mountain air.
