Welcome to the Rail Yard Loft. A Luxury 2 Bedroom 2 Bath penthouse unit with Parking in the heart of Historic Downtown Birmingham. Amazing light floods the unit throughout the day finishing with incredible city sunsets viewed through the western facing windows. The location, the sounds of the city, the furnishings and the natural light, make this unit a relaxing haven throughout day. King / Queen Mercer Mattresses are dressed with 500 thread count linens. An Honor Bar, high speed Wifi, USB Power at the bedside, and a Smart Tv loaded with Prime, Netflix, YouTube Tv, headline a first class list of amenities that will make you swear off hotels forever. Modern bathrooms and a redesigned kitchen inhabit a turn of the century brick clad factory loft. Plush, colorful furnishings and modern lighting merge to craft a juxtaposition between Historic Factory loft and Modern high art living. A 2020 rehab makes this luxe unit far superior to any hotel stay at a fraction of the price. Come live long term or stay short term in the Historic Heart of a truly revitalized Birmingham.

"EVENTS SECTION"
This unit is in an HOA condo building with neighbors. Please NO Parties, NO loud music, NO Noise in the hallway. No gatherings that exceed the verified guest count or Airbnb's Covid-19 guest count restrictions.

Due to past transgressions, Please Only Respectful Guests should inquire.

Weekends we prefer a two night minimum (i.e. Friday & Saturday or Saturday & Sunday night stay).

Minimum age to rent: 25 years old. Additional Deposit Required below age 25. See Below:

IF YOU WANT TO BOOK THIS UNIT FOR ANYTHING OTHER THAN SIMPLE LODGING, DO NOT INSTANT BOOK. NIGHTLY RATE DOES NOT APPLY. PLEASE USE "CONTACT HOST" OPTION.

No events or Gatherings beyond 8 people, no more than 5 guests in the unit over night.

Violating above agreement by booking only for lodging and then having an event/party will result in significant fines and eviction. Any guest(s) who's actions cause the unit to be shut down by HOA will face civil action from management company.

Photo / Video shoots, corporate interview events etc are considered on a case by case basis. Pricing for these events are handled via Special Offers and or seperate Venue Contract. Normal nightly rate does not apply.

The loft is on the 3rd floor of the building, with an elevator. There are train tracks that run parallel to Morris Ave and this property is in close proximity to the tracks. The train doesn't normally blow its horn though. Parking pass for one car included during your stay (long term guests inquire). There is a Smart 55” TV with streaming services (Prime, Netflix, YouTube Tv, HBO GO, and many more) and there is also a digital HD antenna connected to the TV.

The Morris Avenue Historic District is an industrial district in Birmingham, Alabama. The district covers Morris Avenue from 20th Street to 25th Street and First Avenue from 21st to 26th Street. The Morris Avenue section comprises a set of late 19th century masonry warehouses that were Birmingham's main food distribution center until the 1950s. Notable buildings include the Liberty Trouser Building and the A.C. Legg Building on Morris Avenue on either side of the Moskowitz Warehouse.
The Morris Ave corridor is now inhabited by cutting edge restaurants, local high end retail, and architect inspired real estate development. Chef inspired creations are served each day at Essential, Caco Cayo, and East /West. Libations abound at The Atomic Lounge, Carrigan's Public House, and The Paramount. Rotary Trail and the cobblestones of Morris make the neighborhood eminently walkable. Each turn of a corner reveals a great new view of a revitalized Birmingham.
