Located on the North side of the Chariton square. Large windows looking towards the courthouse. Light and airy decor. Iron Horse restaurant for lunch, supper or, or our friendly Mexican restaurant and several more, all walking distance. Vision II movie theater 3 blocks away with first-run movies. Southern Iowa charm.

Die Unterkunft
This is an old brick building atop our business office. We have completely re done and ready for guests. Walking distance to restaurants, theater and churches. A little history back through time with all the 2020 amenities.

Little nooks to pick up a book and relax in quiet spaces. Private laundry room.

Private garage, so you will pull in and close the door, with remote. The stairs are for your use only, to your space, they are not shared with any other space. Stairs are stairs, front or back. These are not handicap accessible because of the old building. Someone that struggles to get upstairs would not enjoy the space to come and go.
