Great location only 1.5km from the beach. This is one of Melbourne's finest locations. Spacious, bright apartment with balcony. Only 2.8 km from the City. The 234 bus is a 2 min walk from the apartment and travels into the City in 10 mins. Alternatively the light rail is a 4 min walk from the apartment and travels into the City in 16 mins. Walking distance to St Kilda, the beach, close to the iconic South Melbourne Market and Albert Park (Grand Prix), Crown Casino, Royal Botanic Gardens.

Die Unterkunft
This is a large modern two bedroom, one bathroom apartment. Open plan living with fully functional kitchen with all the expected modern conveniences. The kitchen opens up to a living area which opens up to a balcony. Both bedrooms are of a good size, one with a queen bed, the other a double bed. Built in robes.

Laundry facilities in the apartment with washing machine.

Hotel quality linen and towels provided. Some basic necessities are provided and those that are not are expected to be purchased by the guest. We have found that guests purchase consumables that build up over time. This system seems to work well.

Transport: The best and easiest way to access the property from the Airport is via Uber. Usually this takes 25min depending on traffic and costs approx $45AUD total. Alternatively you can take a shuttle bus to Southern Cross Station ($18/person) and then the number 109 Tram/Light Rail (Box Hill to Port Melbourne) from Southern Cross Station - Stop 1 and get off at North Port Station/Light Rail. ($4 / person) and walk 3 min to the apartment. (1.10 hr trip). (((Google maps ))) has full transport route and time details for travel in Melbourne.

Parking
This apartment comes with one off street park space. There is also free time restricted parking on the street.
