Travelers without valid test results will be subject to quarantine which can only be done in a rental of 30 days or more by law. TEMPORARY CANCELLATION POLICY: For reservations with a check-in from now through March 31st, 2021 you will receive a full refund if you need to cancel your reservation due to Pandemic related travel restrictions. We know flexibility is important for traveling these days, so we’re happy to help!

ENHANCED PROTOCOLS : We have revised our protocols to include contactless check-in & check-out, professional EPA approved non-toxic undetectable antimicrobial electrostatic spray treatment which continues to kill newly introduced viruses and germs on surfaces, 24-hour holds in between each reservation for enhanced cleaning and sanitization, and laundry is professionally cleaned and sanitized off-site.

Located at 240 Liliuokalani Ave, the Royal Moana is a few minutes walk to world class Waikiki beaches and was remodeled with the sole purpose of providing you a classy yet economical alternative to a hotel room. Ask yourself, why would I ever rent a room when I can rent a home? As you can see in the amenities, we have gone to great lengths to make sure these condos are truly your home away from home. Ali’i Beach Rentals manages the entire property so there are 6 identical fully furnished stylish one bedroom condos and 1 classic studio available.

“Elegantly affordable” is the best way to describe a Royal Moana condo. Each unit has a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, marble floors and tasteful wood furnishings.

The sleeping arrangements are very convenient with a queen bed in the bedroom along with a trundle day bed which has two twin sized mattresses. Leave the bedroom pocket doors open for extra space or shut them for a private bedroom.

NO ELEVATORS: Make sure everyone in your party is able to go up and down steps. This unit is on the 3rd floor.

NO PARKING: Public transportation is very convenient and walking distance to shops and restaurants in the area.
There is a paid parking structure within walking distance from the condo, just a few minutes away at the Waikiki Banyan.
The current parking rates are:
4 Hour Rate (up to 4:00 $10.00
24-Hour Rate (Daily): $20.00
Weekly Rate (7-Days): $80.00
Monthly Rate (Calendar): $180.00 available at the security office
