Set high on the hill in the exclusive One Mile Ridge Estate, this delightful 3 bedroom apartment offers a wonderful combination of comfort, style and charm. You will marvel at the expansive ocean views across One Mile Beach. The ideal entertainers delight, this air conditioned apartment provides guests with the perfect balance between indoor and outdoor living with the main living room opening up to a full length furnished balcony with outdoor spa and breathtaking water views as a backdrop.

The open plan living area with unlimited Wifi offers floorboards throughout, chique furnishings, Flat Screen TV, Sound System and Wifi, solid timber industrial dining suite, and water views down One Mile Beach and to the mountains beyond. The elegant kitchen which is air conditioned comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances including microwave,dishwasher and a Coffee Machine. Large sliding doors open to the al fresco dining area which includes an outdoor lounge suite, sitting areas, Gas BBQ plus an elevated outdoor spa which has been screened off for your privacy to sit back with a glass of your favourite, relax, rewind and enjoy the view.

Wake up to ocean views from the spacious master air conditioned bedroom suite which comes with a queen size bed,side tables, walk-in robe, flat screen TV, and a ceiling fan. There is a private ensuite bathroom with spa bath, glass shower, sink and toilet. The master bedroom also offers direct access to the main balcony area and outdoor spa. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan, water views and sliding glass door access to the main balcony. The 3rd bedroom offers a Tri Bunk Bed and a set of bunk beds, ceiling fan and access to the main balcony. The main bathroom has a standard size bath, walk in shower with hand-held shower head option sink and separate toilet.

Other features include ceiling fan in main living room, internal laundry facilities with a top loading washing machine, dryer and a double garage space. Guests will also have full use of the invisible edge swimming pool and spa whilst enjoying the 180 degree hinterland and water views as well as the communal BBQ facilities located next to the pool.

A few helpful hints that we thought might assist you
1. Checking in Process:
Check in time is 2pm. Keys and remotes are located in #22 letter box out from adjacent to the gate – Temporary CODE is 0991. Flip the lever down to open the letter box.
2. Checking out Process:
Same for placing the keys back post your stay. See note 1 above. Check out time is 10:00am sharp.
Access to the gate can be 2 ways – with the large Key or dial 0456 228 416 on your mobile and the gate will open.
3. Our property has a double lock up garage available to guests. Directions: When you drive in the Main Gate, head up the steep hill (name plaque is on the vertical pillar). The first garage (single door) on the right provides access to the internal #22 double garage. The remote (button 1) will open this door for you. Inside there are 3 garages. The Deckhouse double garage is the middle one (no.22). The remote (button 2) will open this door. IF you have more than 2 cars in your party please park these vehicles outside the complex in the spare car parks provided. Under no circumstances is the internal parking to blocked as other owners and quests require access to their garages.
4. The actual entrance to the Deckhouse is best accessed through the garage complex. Enter through the white door in the corner (it will be unlocked). Go directly up the stairs that are immediately in front of you and you will come to our front door (no.22).
5. We have tried to make the Deckhouse as homely and comfortable as possible, please enjoy the SPA bath, BBQ and all the outdoor furniture on offer.
6. Please be mindful of children on the deck. We advise not to leave young children on the deck unattended.
7. If you require unlimited Wi-Fi during your stay. The code/password is located on the fridge door or on the wireless device near the dining room table. IF, you find connection difficult, please switch off the modem located on the wall and switch back on after 1 minute.
8. After 11pm no loud music.
9. The Sound-bar (located in front of the TV) can be used with any device that has blue-tooth capability. Simply turn on the Sound bar with the silver remote and then search on your own device (in settings, under WI-FI) for the LG soundbar device to connect.
10. Bunk room, the light switch/fan switch is located near the doorway slightly obscured by the top single bunk.
11. Any dirty kitchenware either left in the kitchen or in the dishwasher will attract additional cleaning fees. Please leave the Deckhouse as you find it. Less work for our cleaner = a great star (*****) rating and we always leave feedback on all guests through every booking website.
12. Lost keys or non-returned keys through the lock-box with attract an additional $120.00 fee. Please return them upon check out.
13. Beach Access: There is a bush track leading from the One Mile Ridge complex directly down to One Mile Beach. It is located on the North/Eastern boundary of the property and can be accessed via the side road on the right side of the Main driveway as you walk down the hill towards the Main gate. This walk takes around 8 minutes and is a pleasant but steepish walk.

Take the short bush track from the apartment and walk to One Mile Beach which is a fully patrolled and flagged surf beach (Early October Mid April) and is the ideal spot for a family getaway, romantic weekend retreat or beach fishing experience. The Surf School operates lessons all year round from Swell Cafe and Restaurant which serves up breakfast and lunch, 7 days a week as well as Sunday afternoon live entertainment and themed events.

Close by is Boat Harbour and Anna Bay is the township where you can grab supplies with a Bakery, IGA grocery store, Newsagent, a garage, Restaurants and the Anna Bay Tavern. Birubi is the 4WD gateway to Stockton, hop on a tour or enjoy camel rides.
