Whether you're looking for a single night or romantic getaway our beautiful Mother-in-law suite is a perfect solution. With over 860sq you will have plenty of room to stretch out & relax.

A private entrance, large kept & shaded backyard & pool (May to Oct) allows you to enjoy outdoor living in the evenings, peaceful days & the best start with your morning coffee.

The suite is fully contained & private from the main house, with WiFi & cable TV. Full air-con, microwave, fridge, kettle & coffee.

We offer all guests a beautiful doorstop delivered breakfast included with their stay, simply let us know the night before.

This beautiful room is close to the Nebraska State Fair, Fonner Park Complex, Heartland Events Center, Bosselman Conference Center and many other great entertainment areas. Enjoy plenty of inside and outside space all while being minutes away from downtown, bars, restaurants and concert and sport event areas.

Our backyard is our indulgent oasis...

* In the summer our resort style inground pool and sundeck,
* 365 days a year enjoy our heated sunken hot tub.

We live onsite with 3 of our 5 children and the backyard is enjoyed by them and us, a perfect family retreat.

Gain access to your private entrance room with a keypad on the door after entering the 1 acre backyard through a side yard gate. The large yard includes 8 mature trees, a sitting area with comfortable patio furniture and lights, large above inground pool, hammock and trampoline.
