Private room (Queen bed) for rent in a shared house in Elsternwick, Melbourne.Close to the train station, about 10 mins walk. A train to the city will take you about half an hour, or there are the trams with the nearest tram about 5 mins walk from Glen Huntly Rd.
This is a shared house - I stay in the room when I'm here but am now travelling quite a bit. There are 2 other housemates - 2 great guys in the mid-twenties.
House is nice, could do with a bit of a clean - the photos show it as it is.

Die Unterkunft
As I mentioned above - please don't stay here if you expect it to be spotless. The shower could do with a clean, there will probably be a few dishes in the sink etc. etc. You'll be sharing it with Sam & Jack - 2 easy-going guys in their mid-twenties.
Please note Moses the dog will not be there either.
