The kitchen is fully equipped including electric range and oven, refrigerator and freezing compartment, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee making machine, utensils and other necessary table ware and kitchen ware. Also it has a dinnet.

Our house is very conveniently located. Underground line (Metro) "U4" Station (Friedensbrucke) and tram D, and Fraz Joseph Bahnhof ( Franz JosephTrain Station ) are located only within 100 meters from the building. You can reach all points of interest in Vienna within 5 to 10 minutes by public transport.
Stephansplatz (the city center) and many other sightseeing places and cultural centers are within 10 minutes ride with U-bahn.
In the neighborhood you find many shops, pharmacies, restaurants and coffee shops.

We had a nice stay at the Rögergasse Apartment, which is well-served by the U4, 5, 33, and D transit lines. The apartment is also close to a train station with a grocery store with good Sunday and holiday hours.
As one can tell from his 12 or so AirBnB listings, this is clearly a business for Mr. Ezzati. This is not a case where you are renting an unused room from a homeowner who is just upstairs. That said, Mr. Ezzati's apartment manager was pleasant and prompt, and the apartment was in a good shape overall when we arrived.
Our two minor complaints were that there were not enough non-wine glass/champagne glass glasses in the cupboards and no bowls for things like breakfast cereal. But these are really minor issues. Our one suggested fix was for a curtain rod in the large bedroom which fell off the first time we tried to close the curtains. Since the roll-up shade was missing from that window, it would have been very bright in the morning had we not been able to temporarily set the curtain back in place.
The washing machine was very slow (upwards of 3 hours for a load) and did not really dry. The clothes were wet like those coming out of a spin cycle. That said, they were clean and dried overnight on the supplied bathroom clothesline. The kitchen appliances were in very good condition and worked well.
Appartement ligt in een rustige wijk, dicht bij de metro waardoor je zeer snel het centrum van de stad kan bereiken. Ook de nodige winkels en restaurants op wandelafstand. De afhandeling verliep zeer correct en alle afspraken werden nagekomen. De eigenaar was ook behulpzaam bij het verstrekken van bijkomende informatie.
Alan and his team, especially Lucas, were helpful, friendly and welcoming. The spacious apartment was clean and served four adults comfortably. Located on a quiet street, there are food stores, restaurants and transit nearby. Thank you.
Alan was great with communication in the lead-up to our stay in Vienna, even sending a link to an airport taxi service which was most helpful. Unfortunately, he forgot to tell Lucas, the property manager, of our arrival so the first he knew about it was when I texted him on our way in from the airport. Luckily, Lucas' mother was in the area and was at the apartment to greet us, despite the short notice. The apartment is as described, very spacious and clean. We had to pay a 30 euro deposit for the keys, which we weren't aware of, and according to the information sheet given to us on arrival, the wifi is charged at a rate of 5 euro/day which is not made clear in the AirBnb description.
It's an easy U-bahn ride to Schwedensplatz which is a short walk to Stephansplatz if you can't be bothered changing train lines. We didn't spend a lot of time in the Alsergrund area as we were only in Vienna for two days but there is a bakery close by to get coffee & pastries for breakfast and a bar/restaurant to have a drink just across Alserbachstrasse...
Lucas was happy for us to leave our bags in the apartment til late afternoon as we had an evening flight and he also returned our key deposit promptly - thanks goes to Lucas & his mum...
My friend and I arrived in Vienna for the first time quite clueless and left feeling adept at whizzing around the city in the metro and trams. This is thanks to Lukas, the manager of our apartment on Rogerstrasse, who provided us with directions and helped us sort out our airline reservations. The apartment was very spacious and clean ,the kitchen very modern and well stocked with utensils and dishes. The location was great- a bit outside the downtown area which meant a tranquil neighborhood with access to cafes and markets and not a lot of noise. All in all, totally enjoyable. Thanks. We will return!
My husband and 3 year old son and I had a great experience staying at this apartment for 2-1/2 weeks in July 2012. Check-in was very smooth, with Lucas meeting us at the apartment and helping with luggage. We were happy with the apartment overall and fortunately Alan provided fans upon request since Vienna was experiencing temperatures in the 90's (which is unusual). We were disappointed that the TV in the apartment was an old tube TV, not the flat screen shown in the images online. Because we'd planned on using our tablet to watch movies when my son went to bed at 7pm every night, we we told Alan of our displeasure. He contacted the owner and a day later Lucas brought a brand new large flat screen TV for the apartment! It was above and beyond what I'd expected!
The apartment is very large with the kitchen and bathrooms newly remodeled. It is on the 3rd floor and there is an elevator, but it doesn't go exactly to the the floor so isn't wheelchair assessable. With our stroller it was a little annoying but still very helpful to not have to walk up all the flights of stairs. There is one bathroom with a toilet and sink which is VERY small (fine for me but a bit too small for my 6ft husband) and another with just a bath/shower and sink (no toilet). The smaller bedroom gets light at night from the outside hall stairs when they turn on and off throughout the night, which may be problematic if you have small children. The large bedroom was very comfortable, as were the provided bedding for both rooms.
The neighborhood was perfect for us. Lots of grocery stores nearby (I count 4 off the top of my head) - including the only grocery open on Sundays in Vienna (odd laws about no stores open on Sundays). Also many restaurants nearby. There were multiple parks and green space and the subway was about a 5 minute walk. Also streetcar lines right there as well. The public transportation to Vienna's 1st district was easy and quick and we did it every day with no problems.
Overall we had a wonderful visit and very much enjoying staying at this apartment. I highly recommend it!
