The entry leads you through a private gate into a spacious courtyard. Hearing the bubbling fountain as you step into the courtyard will relax you immediately!

The white stucco walls contrast beautifully with the terra cotta roof. Six outdoor resort-like living spaces wrap around the property, making it the perfect place to enjoy some quiet time alone, or with your family and friends.

The home features rich hardwood floors, Spanish tiles, custom archways and large french doors that open up to allow you to enjoy that beautiful ocean breeze.

Enjoy your morning coffee next to the fireplace on the covered outdoor patio, while taking in the ocean views and listening to the trickling sound of the fountain in the courtyard.

Enjoy dinner, drinks and spectacular sunsets from the top deck. Take in the sweeping ocean and mountain vistas from San Clemente, to Catalina Island.

LIVING AREA:
Vaulted ceilings soar in the second-floor living area, detailed with upscale furnishings and contemporary decor. Two expansive sofas and two recliners offer plush seating next to the gas fireplace.

Craft a crisp drink at the wet bar and watch your favorite shows on the 74” TV.


KITCHEN & DINING
Prepare delicious meals in the chef’s kitchen, outfitted with ample granite counter space, a six-burner range and two ovens.
When you’re ready to eat, savor home-cooked meals at the elegant 8-person dining table. Or enjoy your culinary creations in the outdoor dining area -- complete with a gas grill (with natural gas), a flat-screen TV, and a gas fireplace.


BEDROOMS & BATHS:
This spacious villa sleeps up to eight guests in four bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms offer spacious king beds, the fourth room offers two relaxing double beds.

The Grand Master suite offers quiet privacy and is furnished with a 60” TV and a sitting area. The luxe en-suite master bathroom promises a spa-like experience with a deep luxurious tub, walk-in shower, vanity and his/her sinks.

Open the french doors of the master suite to hear the ocean waves at night or enjoy reading your favoritie novel on the private outdoor patio.

Two bedrooms are also located on the first floor. One has two full beds, while the other offers a king. The guest bathroom on this level is configured with a double vanity and a tub/shower combination.

Upstairs, another bedroom provides a king bed, and a guest bathroom has a walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREAS
Red roses frame the archways of the courtyard and baby pink roses abound, creating a tranquil spot for morning meditating as you take in the serene sound of the fountain.

The lush lawn of the backyard, lined with hydrangeas, fig trees and another trickling fountain adds to the peacefulness of the property.

Spend leisurely afternoons under the shade of the covered patio and listen to the sound of the ocean just blocks away. Located on the ground level, this outdoor space offers comfortable seating.

Or, make your way to the second-floor patios, where you'll find ample seating on one of the numerous outdoor spaces. Cozy up with friends by the fireplace on the second floor patio or take some solitude on the outdoor sofa off the living room.

As evening falls, head to the rooftop deck for panoramic ocean views and spectacular sunsets. Dine alfresco amid the beautiful vistas, enjoying the views of the Southern California coastline and Catalina Island.

Additional perks include free Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer. Parking for two cars is available in the driveway; one additional spot on the street may be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

LOCATION
Walk less than 2 blocks to scenic Pines Park -- a lovely green space that overlooks the ocean and features open fields and walking paths. Equidistant, Palisades Drive offers direct access to the beach, just 4 blocks away.

Doheny State Park is a 5 minute walk down Palisades drive and both San Clemente Pier and Dana Point Harbor are less than a 5 minute drive away.

This Spanish Villa by the Sea sits in perfect proximity to all of your favorite Southern California destinations and activities, just waiting for you to discover them!

Please note: The hanging lights on the rooftop (seen in the picture) have been taken down per city regulations. However there are still lights on the rooftop for enjoyment during the evening.

MUST BE 25YRS OR OLDER TO RENT THIS PROPERTY. YOU WILL BE ASKED TO PROVIDE A GOVERNMENT ID (PHOTO OF ID WILL BE TAKEN), AS WELL AS SIGNING HOUSE RULES AT CHECK IN.

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. The villa is located in a VERY quiet beach residential community. We want to respect our neighbor's peaceful enjoyment of their home. If you are looking for a party atmosphere this would NOT be the house for you. However if you are looking for a 5 star retreat to enjoy with family or friends this would be the perfect vacation getaway.

HOUSE RULES:

1. AS STATED IN THE LISTING, THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF OUR NEIGHBORS, AS WE WOULD LIKE TO RESPECT THEIR PEACEFUL ENJOYMENT OF THEIR HOME.
2. NUMBER OF GUESTS ALLOWED ON PROPERTY ARE THOSE LISTED IN THE RESERVATION UNLESS OTHERWISE APPROVED BY OWNER BEFORE CHECK IN. UNAUTHORIZED LARGE GATHERINGS AND PARTIES WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTION.
3. THE HOUSE HAS MANY LIGHTS. PLEASE TURN THEM OFF WHEN YOU GO TO BED. WE HAVE LIGHTS ON TIMERS OUTSIDE THAT WILL ILLUMINATE THE PROPERTY AT NIGHT.
4. PER CITY RULES AND TO RESPECT OUR NEIGHBORS, CURFEW ON THE ROOF TOP DECK IS 10PM on weekdays and 10:30pm on weekends. PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL LIGHTS ARE OFF AND ROOF TOP IS EMPTY OF PEOPLE.
5. PER CITY REGULATIONS, LOUD MUSIC MUST BE OFF BY 10PM.
6. PER CITY RULES, PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN FRONT OF MAILBOXES ON THE STREET.
7. THE ENTIRE PROPERTY IS NON-SMOKING. GUESTS WHO SMOKE WE ASK TO PLEASE DO SO OUTSIDE OF THE PROPERTY PERIMETER. AS NOTED IN THE LISTING, THERE WILL BE AN EXTRA CLEANING FEE OF $250 CHARGED IF CIGARETTE BUTTS OR SMOKING RESIDUE IS FOUND INSIDE PROPERTY PREMISES.
8. STEAM SHOWER AND TUB JETS HAVE BEEN TURNED OFF FOR LIABILITY PURPOSES. PLEASE DO NOT PLAY WITH BUTTONS MARKED “DO NOT USE”.
9. PLEASE NOTE: THERE ARE A FEW CABINETS AND CLOSETS LOCKED AND LABELLED PRIVATE.
10. IF YOU HAVE SMALL CHILDREN WE ASK YOU TO PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF THE WHITE WALLS.
11. THERE ARE SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE HOME FOR SECURITY PURPOSES.
12. YOU WILL BE ASKED TO PROVIDE A GOVERNMENT ID WHEN YOU SIGN THE HOUSE RULES AT CHECK IN.
13. THE HOUSE CLEANING FEE PAYS FOR THE CLEANING/WASHING OF THE LINENS/TOWELS, SANITIZING, DISINFECTING AND CLEANING OF PROPERTY. IT DOES NOT INCLUDE PICKING UP FOOD, EMPTY WATER BOTTLES OR TRASH LEFT AROUND THE PROPERTY BY GUESTS. THIS IS A PRIVATE PROPERTY, PLEASE RESPECT IT AS IF IT WERE YOUR OWN.
