Characterful Granite Farmhouse, only 150 meters from Porthmeor Beach. Once the farmhouse to the surrounding fields, this property has been in family ownership for 100+ years. 4 Bedrooms (sleeps 7) & 2 Bath/Shower rooms. A unique house with lovely secluded garden and parking. Please note we accept 1 dog only in the property, and not allowed on sofas, beds and soft furnishings.

Location is great, just a couple of minutes walk from Porthmeor Beach and Tate St Ives, and with the Harbour a 5 minute walk. If you like quirky, this is the property for you. The porch leads to hallway with lounge to left and dining room to right, followed by kitchen to back of the house. Kitchen with Range, Belfast sink, American fridge/freezer with ice making facility, dishwasher and breakfast bar. From the Kitchen the back door leads to a partly covered Courtyard with the second shower room, with shower, basin and w/c. Also great when returning from beach to remove sand. Lovely large private, secluded garden with a decked area, to enjoy the last sun of the day. Several seating areas, with lawn , bamboo, & palm trees. A tropical feel, that children are going to love. From hallway up the stairs to bath/shower room, basin, w/c. Master bedroom with super king bed and glorious views over the roof tops across St Ives Bay. Three further bedrooms, one with king size bed, one with zip & link singles 3ft each, and final small bedroom with 3ft single. Maximum occupancy 7, in four bedrooms. All bedrooms have smart t/vs. Parking for 3 cars at most, and parking is only for guests staying in Farmhouse, and not offered to others. Unlimited Superfast broadband, and washing machine & tumbledryer located in Courtyard. Weekend/short breaks accepted from November to Easter, but excluding school holidays. But this is not a house to be used for a weekend celebrations with the consequence of antisocial behaviour and noise to our neighbours. It is expected that guests will respect our property and leave it in good condition. We are asking guests to not book our property if they cannot behave in a respectful manner to our neighbours, and our house. This not a party/celebration house, and each booking will be reviewed carefully before accepting.
