  • The large empty dresser is provided for guests, as well as mini fridge, microwave and coffee station. The 50" TV has multiple streaming apps to enjoy your favorite shows and movies.
  • The TV comes with a Roku device that allows you to choose from multiple streaming apps. Relax with a movie or your favorite show at night, and wake up with the news while sipping a delicious cup of hot coffee or tea!

  • Lounge around on our massive sectional couch, and watch movies/shows on the high resolution big screen TV. Blankets can be found inside the storage ottoman, and reading lamps are provided behind both corner ends of the couch.

  • A wireless printer (with paper) are available for guest use, should documents/tickets need to be printed/scanned.
  • Sit down for a nice meal at the large dining table, or snag a seat on one of the barstools at the breakfast bar.
  • A fully equipped kitchen is available for guest use between the hours of 8am-9pm. Stove, oven, microwave, toaster, hot water kettle, pans, mixing bowls, casserole dishes, strainers, cooking utensils, and a crockpot are all provided for convenience.

  • Does your car need a bath? Got some crumbs on your seats/floor? Maybe your tires are running a little low? Well, you’re in luck! The care area (inside our apartment complex) has a water hose, soap brush, air machine and vacuum. Each station costs $1.50 (quarters only).
  • Gas up or grab some food/drinks at the neighborhood 7-Eleven, conveniently located at the entrance of our apartment complex (2-3 min walk).
