BRAND NEW ACCOMMODATION - Step back in time to the 1970’s. We have a totally original Franklin 1972 caravan (called Frankie of course) to stay in, complete with all the original fittings. For example, fully original: clock (still working); plates; cutlery; tea towels; plates; pots and pans and other hidden treasures.
So, dig out those flares, platforms and hippie-chic prints and come and experience a real Retro/Vintage adventure in a truly beautiful glamping setting.

Die Unterkunft
As you look out of Frankie, you can see both the distant Warburton Ranges, as well over-looking a fern-lined creek dotted with towering Mountain Ash trees.

It is hard to believe that this secluded piece of paradise is only an hour’s drive from Melbourne’s CBD.
Frankie is only 10 mins drive from Emerald, (home of the Puffing Billy steam train). There are plenty of shops, cafes, restaurants, wineries and tourist attractions in the area.

Frankie – experience a totally different world, picturesque and serene, but less than an hour from Melbourne.

Weitere wichtige Hinweise
As this little gem is from the 1970's her little fridge is not so good.

So please note we do not have a working fridge, there is an Esky provided so if you are wanting to bring items that you want to keep cool please stop at Woolworths in Emerald for a bag of ice.

Fire danger periods/Severe Weather Warnings - In the unlikely event that a Code Red rating is declared by the CFA (Country Fire Authority), any bookings at that time will be cancelled and monies returned, or alternative booking dates provided.

On days of total fire bans – no outdoor fires will be allowed. However, guests are still allowed to use the gas-fired bbq located in the kitchen area.

We were the first place in Australia to do it! Find yourself in an orchard this season.

We all love the sweet juiciness of a perfectly ripe peach, the explosion in our mouths as that delicious cherry or strawberry bursts with the first bite. It's a fact: fruit always tastes better in the sunshine, under the very tree it grew on.

Join us and fill up your buckets and baskets with the freshest most delicious produce of the season. Indulge in locally made ice-cream, cakes and other sources of family favourites after you've wandered the orchard rows.

Pack the sunhat and sunscreen and enjoy a fabulous day in the country!
