Bright, warm, fresh and tidy apartment just feet from Main Street, Downtown, the Big House and U of M Central Campus. Nestled in the historic, quiet calm of Ann Arbor's Old West Side while just a 3 minute walk to Ann Arbor's night life and eateries. A great comfortable place for parents or friends visiting their Wolverine loved ones, or holiday makers of any variety. Newly updated. Location is everything! And this condo has everything and more. 5 minute walk to Stadium, downtown and central campus; location couldn't get any better.

Guests have full access to the apartment. The host will not be present but is able to be contacted at any time. I will be staying just a few minutes away and work in town. This is a quiet residential building, no parties or gatherings of any kind.

The property is thoroughly disinfected between each guests stay to the highest standards. I also want everyone to feel comfortable during your stay, so cleaning supplies, disinfectants, wipes, gloves and so on will be left out on the counter for guests to clean as they go, if they so choose during the duration of their stay. Sound mind = a calm soul and body : )
