Tile thru out the condo and new cabinets and granite and paint. New ceiling fans and two new highly efficient split air conditioning units, one in the living area and also one in the bedroom. A modern, queen-size pull-out sofa adds to the comfortable living comfort of the unit and is terrific for additional guest

This spacious unit surrounds guests with Hawaiian informality while providing all the conveniences of home, including a full, completely equipped kitchen and a new washer/dryer in the unit. The bedroom features a king-size bed, split a/c unit, built-in closet, ceiling fan/light, and lots of windows for light and the island breezes. The bathroom has a tiled new shower with a glass door, also Double vanity sinks, ceiling fan, granite, and fresh paint and cabinets.

Also for your enjoyment is a 40 in. A flat-screen TV, Blue Ray DVD, I-Home stereo that can connect YOUR personal I-phone, I-pod, I pad, and nano. Complimentary cable/ Secure WIRE-LESS INTERNET service is available directly from the condo.

And not to forget the windows! Being a corner unit, it has windows in each room, allowing the group to feel almost like a beach cottage.

Construction Barrier: Orange fencing in area of work.

Message from the HOA: the restoration work before the winter swells arrive is essential because of the potential impacts on the wall from winter swell waves. We will provide updates when new information becomes available and throughout the project. The repair and restoration work is a part of the ongoing maintenance of the seawall. Over time, rocks become loose or fall off due to exposure to ocean conditions and natural deterioration.

The amenities include 2 ocean side heated swimming pools, 2 whirlpool spas, 3 tennis courts, 2 oceanside cabanas for entertaining, 2 twelve hole putting greens, 24-hour front desk service, poolside barbeques, and ample parking. It is situated within walking distance of dining, grocery store and an outdoor Farmers Market close by. The quaint historic town of Lahaina is only a short 10-minute drive.

The beach comes and goes from here but beach access in Hawaii is Public. There are no private beaches. If there is not a beach right out front there is usually one in either direction quite close. It's just a short walk to some of Kaanapali's sandy beaches , you can access the beach from the extreme left of the property (its right next door). It is sandy beach and you can walk along the beach or the board walk all the way to Whalers Village.
