Boasting stunning open plan living, an outdoor entertaining and BBQ area, and easy self check in access, it is the perfect home away from home.

This contemporary style living space is as elegant as it is comfortable. With reverse cycle air-conditioning, modern appliances including washing machine and dryer and stone bench tops. This new apartment has open plan living with views of the private courtyard and BBQ area, two generous bedrooms with a queen sized and double bed, two bathrooms and a laundry which has both washing machine and dryer. In addition there are two double bed sized sofa beds so that you can sleep up to 8 people within the apartment.

We even include a simple breakfast of cereal, Coffee, Tea, Water Bottles and a selection of Normal, Skim or Almond Milk.

Child and family friendly with a beautiful park with swings on the street plus the option on request of a high chair, and travel cot available.

Everything in the house is designed for your comfort; from the stylish furniture, SMART TV, high chair, comfortable beds, soft sheets, fluffy towels, hair dyer, iron, and designer toiletries, you will find everything you need to make this feel like home during your stay.

A few extras included are a Nespresso machine and pods so you can easily make yourself a café quality cup of coffee whenever you want, unlimited Wi-Fi and Netflix so you can catch up on some TV, and a welcome bottle of wine which you can enjoy in the outdoor sitting area while soaking up some of the beautiful Perth sun or cooking on the BBQ.

Families, the elderly and people in wheelchairs are welcome!

At the moment, there are virtually no areas left unscathed by the Coronavirus outbreak. The Australian federal and state governments are working to enact the most appropriate limitations to keep Australia’s population safe and to flatten the curve of the Coronavirus.

In addition to governmental regulations, companies such as BHP have standards in place to help maintain worker safety while on the job. The company also set restrictions during on and off-hours at mining camps and during permitted travel.

THE SITUATION
The mandates, which are necessary to help combat the spread of the Coronavirus, create a challenging situation for Western Australian workers in the mining industry as well as other resource industries dependent on the fly in fly out crews.
The natural resource industry is an area that is particularly susceptible to large outbreaks of Coronavirus. Because of the workers’ continual proximity to each other, the highly contagious virus can quickly spread amongst those who live, work, and eat together. This is especially true for miners involved in underground work.

Others believe that the isolation of the mining camps makes them good places for workers to stay safe from the Coronavirus and are urging workers to stay at the job sites.

At a glance, many would contend that the worker furloughs should be in place for the time being. However, the complexity of the situation lies in the fact that Western Australia is responsible for over half of the world’s steel-making ingredient . In light of this, companies are trying to maintain worker safety while continuing to produce products that are necessary, not only for Australia but for nations around the globe.
Numerous members of the sector’s workforce are unable to return to their homes and families because of travel restrictions and quarantine which are in place. Many FIFO workers must find housing in and around Perth, and this proves to be a difficult task for many.

operational at this time. However, if the workers are still on functional sites, they need
accommodation for their off weeks.

WHY DOES THIS MODEL WORK?
Supreme BNB properties are an ideal way to manage the housing needs for those needing a clean and secure place to quarantine while not on the job.
• All Supreme BNB properties are comfortable and you feel at home the moment you walk in the door.
• All necessities are available to stay safe hygienically, including hand sanitiser and hand
wash in every bathroom.
• Kitchens have all of the necessary cookware, and facilities for laundry are accessible as
well (without going outside).
• Supreme BNB offers the reassurance that you and your family are in a safe and secure
location.
• Help is available for maintenance issues.
• Properties can rent for up to 90 days so you can settle in very comfortably and quickly .
• Supreme BNB is working with specific properties to adjust rates whenever possible. So,
the price you see is not necessarily the rental price during this unprecedented time.
• Because tourism is not possible at this time, many properties are available for rent .
• Supreme BNB have properties located in various parts of Western Australia. This gives
workers many options for their relocation.

ARE SUPREME BNB PROPERTIES SET UP TO HOUSE THOSE PLACED IN QUARANTINE?
Yes, Supreme BNB founder and CEO, Lauren and her staff are aware of all the necessary guidelines for maintaining health and safety during the pandemic quarantine. In addition to Supreme BNB’s already high standards of excellence, the housekeeping and maintenance departments are apprised of the required actions as mandated by the government of Western Australia . These requisites include but are not limited to:
• Increased frequency of cleaning for all areas, especially those open to the public, such
as lobbies.
• All bins will have lids to stop the spread of germs in the air from dirty tissues or cloths.
• Frequent cleaning of all flat surfaces with a disinfectant solution.
• Use of disposable cleaning items such as mops and cloths.
• Use of appropriate personal protective equipment. Masks and protective gowns are not required for cleaning staff in non-healthcare settings. However, using gloves while cleaning and handling disinfectant solutions is suggested.
• Frequent vacuuming with a vacuum that contains a HEPA filter, if possible.
• All reusable dishes and cutlery must be washed and sanitised then stored covered in
cabinets to prevent exposure to any particles.
• Detergents and cleaning solutions should contain virus-killing ingredients such as:
-Detergents with a pH of between 6 and 8
-Wipes with 70 to 90 per cent alcohol
-Chlorine and chlorine compounds
-Hydrogen Peroxide
-Phenolic disinfectants

• If you are on a certain roster we can arrange a reduced price with a regular agreement in place. This can range from 10-20% per night. Terms and Conditions do apply.
• All properties are inclusive of WIFI, water, electricity, Netflix and are all fully furnished
and equipped with absolutely everything you require for your self isolating period.
• None of our properties are shared by others, so you will have exclusive access and this
will be your home. We will make it our priority to create the most comfortable experience possible during this period. This is our guarantee.
• One of our many incredible property managers will be on call for any issue that does
arise and we are just a phone call away. You will never feel like you don’t have support
on hand when you are self isolating.
• We offer a complimentary service to help you pick up medicine, groceries and/or any
urgent supplies you require. We do urge you though to set up a Coles or Woolworths
account prior to going into self isolation.
• We understand that things can become tough when you are alone, so we provide self
help books for you to read during this time, a brand new yoga mat for your practice and
mediation and we Shakra the house when every new guest enters.
• During this time, exercise is vital for your mental health, we can provide at your request,
weights for you to do a simple workout, a brand new yoga mat as stated above
and some suggestions on exercise tutorials available on YouTube. We highly
recommend the “The Body Coach Work Out” it is free and very easy to do in our one of
our living rooms.
• Boys will be boys and we know this, so we provide at select properties and on request (with limited simply), game consoles for when Netflix can’t entice you with their “What’s Trending Now”....

Tranby House - Tranby is an historic farmers cottage located on Johnson Road in Maylands overlooking the Swan River, and is one of the oldest surviving buildings from the early settlement of the Swan River Colony. Right next door is Peninsula Tea Gardens where you can enjoy high tea (or simply coffee and cake!) overlooking the Swan River.

Maylands Waterland - Located on the Maylands Peninsula and overlooking the Swan River it is the premier outdoor water playground in WA. With beautiful wildflower gardens and lawns surrounding the four sparkling pools, Maylands Waterland is the perfect setting for a family day out.

Bardon Park - overlooking the Swan River in Maylands, it is considered one of Perth's most picturesque parks. Enjoy a family day of fun and the excellent playgrounds and make the most of the BBQ facilities! Quite often there are pizza and coffee vendor vans parked in the carpark.

Bassendean Outdoor Cinema - If you're staying between December and March why not head down to the Bassendean Outdoor Cinema and see a movie under the stars? Or head to the city and try the Perth Rooftop Cinema where you can watch a movie from the top of a highrise building. The view is incredible!

Caversham Wildlife Park - If you'd like to meet some of Australia's native animals up close and personal, check out Caversham Wildlife Park, where you can feed Kangeroos, pet Koalas and even meet a Wombat.

O2 Café – a fresh, airy and organic café where industrial styling meets rainforest. Stop in for an incredible piece of cake or a full meal among the leafy plants that surround you. This vibrant little pocket of Bassendean is well worth a visit.

Kings Park and Botanic Gardens - Kings Park is renowned for it’s spectacular views. Kings Park enjoys prime position on Mt Eliza overlooking Perth City and the Swan River.
