The shed with a bed is a tiny house that sits on my property. It has everything you need for tiny living and is only 10-15 minutes to major malls and downtown area (about $12-$14 uber ride to the Aquarium, Lookouts, Coolidge park, etc.) Although the loft area can be a tight ascend / descend there is a brand new comfortable queen size bed to rest your head. If the loft sleeping is not your thing feel free to pull out the downstairs sofa for a twin size bed.

Although this space is small it has everything you need. There is a bathroom with shower, toilet, fresh towels, etc. A fully functional kitchen with a small refrigerator, microwave, George Foreman, electric skillet, keurig, bowl, plates, cups and silverware. There is also a fold out table behind the door that can be pulled out or tray tables beside the refrigerator if you would like to dine on the loveseat while watching tv

We do have a washer and dryer guest can use if needed. Just let me know!

Weitere wichtige Hinweise
I do not recommend this place for anyone afraid of heights (sleeping in the loft) or not comfortable climbling up and down steep stairs unless your plan is to stay on the downstairs pull out twin bed.
