One hundred year old house in historical neighborhood. Two mile away from Fonner Park, 3 miles away from the Conestoga Mall, 1 mile away from the Downtown Railside, and 3 blocks away from walking/biking path. Close to a variety of restaurants and coffee shops.

This listing is for one bedroom either the queen or full size, max 2 people in each room. The bedroom with the full size bed is closest to the bathroom and kitchen. For an additional $10.00 both rooms can be rented. When booking, please inform me of the room you are inquiring about or both. We may share the kitchen for a brief time, but you get the whole main floor to yourself.

Nice safe area to walk/run in. Within walking distance of the public library, grocery store, hardware store, Walgreens, fast food (Subway, Paradise Donuts, Mc Donalds, Taco John's, Burger King), Sutter Deli, Pizza Hut, and the famous Casey's Pizza.
