This posh apartment is located in the perfect spot for a 4 mile trip into Downtown Lewes . The bike trail runs right beside the house with a direct path to the downtown Lewes area for safe travels by bike, skating or walking. Or in the other direction to Georgetown. A map for the bike path is provided in the house for you because it runs all the way to Rehoboth! The beach is minutes away by car without all the fuss of traffic. Smoking is prohibited in our home. No pets allowed, only service.

We installed an air scrubber in the ventilation system to disinfect the air and surfaces for COVID as well as disinfectant cleaning between guests.

Parking is on the left side of the building where side entrance to the building is. Plenty of space to bring and park your boat!

Weitere wichtige Hinweise
There is construction across the bike trail where they are building town homes presently but under rules of building restrictions during summer months they are not allowed to start until 8am and stop by 5pm. Noise isn’t too bad though.

Amazing bakery across the street not to forget a Rum Distillery. There is rumor that there is also a Brewery in the making but due to the COVID outbreak they may have been detained!?
