This elegant Victorian mid-terraced home offers ideal family/contractors accommodation which has been thoughtfully arranged over three levels, extending to in excess of 1,860 square feet – large enough to dwarf many of its detached counterparts - which includes four large bedrooms, two reception reception rooms and three bath/shower rooms (main bathroom, ensuite to master bedroom and joint ensuite to attic bedrooms.

Furthermore, as one would expect of a property of this type, there are a number of delightful period features, including tiled floors, exposed floorboards, traditional doors and ornate coving and cornicing, which add a real feeling of character and heritage.

Chorley is a market town in Lancashire, England,8.1 miles (13 km) north of Wigan, 10.8 miles (17 km) south west of Blackburn, 11 miles (18 km) north west of Bolton, 12 miles (19 km) south of Preston and 19.5 miles (31 km) north west of Manchester.

The town's wealth came principally from the cotton industry.

In the 1970s, the skyline was dominated by factory chimneys, but most have now been demolished: remnants of the industrial past include Morrison's chimney and other mill buildings, and the streets of terraced houses for mill workers.

Chorley is the home of the Chorley cake.

At the 2011 Census, it had a population of 34,667.
