Very nice room near the City center in a quiet and save neighbourhood. 15 Minutes from the Center, 7 Minutes from the Lake. The room has a double bed and is on the 2nd Floor of the house.. The kitchen is free to use to warm-up Food (no Cooking).

Pets are not allowed in the House

Wifi, breakfast, coffee & kitchen usage, washing machine, towels etc.

First of all: Please note that I am probably one of the most affordable accommodations in Zurich. I am only 10-20 min away from Zurich`s the most popular location, heart of the lake and city centre. From the Airport it takes around 40 -50 Minutes depending of the Daytime. I am eager to offer you comfortable sleeping condition and a clean Bathroom.. Still, please be humble and consider my place a comfortable lay over and not a hotel. No offence but I do not respect people coming here and acting like they booked a five star hotel. If you want to be demanding and high maintenance you have to pay at least 250 CHF a night in an expensive metropolitan like Zurich.

Following I am clarifying the services:

WIFI is frre of charge but sometimes a little slow.
The Kitchen may be used to warm up food but not to cook. Please no Food with an intense smell! Other guest but our selves will be there too.
Breakfast: is not included. If I am here I offer coffee from the Nespresso Machine. You can add organic milk and healthy sugar. also you may bring your own Nespresso capsules. You may use our higest Quality Water from the Tap.
