Keel & Curley Winery
5210 Thonotosassa Rd, Plant City, FL 33565
Do you ever wondered how wine is made? If you don’t have the luxury of going to Europe or even California, don’t fret. The Keel & Curley Winery, an award-winning fruit winery, offers four daily tours every Saturday and Sunday of the week. You’ll have to call and book the tour at 5 USD per person. These wine flights let you sample four different types of wine. They also have beer flights that offer five different beers or ciders. If you should decide, you can also upgrade to make it a wine and food pairing.
The founder, Keel, was a blueberry farmer before he turned to blueberry wine. Today, Keel & Curley produces about 20,000 cases of wine a year, specializing in blueberry wine in the sweet, semi-dry and dry variety. The winery also has fun fusion wines such as Strawberry Riesling, Wild Berry Pinot Noir, Key West - Key Lime, and Peach Chardonnay.

Two Henrys Brewing Co.
Started in October 2013, Two Henrys Brewing Co. began as a division under Keel & Curley Winery, in Plant City, FL. Joe Keel and his son Clay were interested in making craft beer, and after much study and research, Two Henrys Brewing Co. was formed. Two Henrys Brewing Co has six flagship beers with many others continuously rotating on tap, and select beers being canned. In addition to craft beer, Two Henrys Brewing Co. produces a variety of hard ciders. Made with 100% apple cider (not concentrates or added water filters) from a cider company in Lansdale, Pennsylvania, the hard ciders have been a great addition to the business, adding a light and bubbly drink to the business' product lines. There are now eight flavors of had ciders on tap today. In 2016, a restaurant was added to the tasting/taproom, adding the icing on the cake for the company! Live music is offered throughout the week, in addition to a Biertoberfest in the fall, and a Blueberry Festival and Peach Festival in the spring. Located on 23 acres of blueberry farm, our taproom/tasting room is family friendly, and has a 4000 sq foot outside covered patio.

I was born & raised on Long Island, New York to Portuguese immigrant parents and lived my childhood with my older brother and sister. After high school, I attended the University of South Florida located in Tampa, Florida. There I completed a four year Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education. I am married to Ken and have 2 children. I taught elementary school for 22 years. I decided to utilize my other talents and became a published author of two children’s books. I decided to retire early from teaching and dabble in business entrepreneurship. I started a staging and re-design business where within three years I had established a strong reputation in the real estate industry working for realtors, property investors, and homeowners. It is around this time, that I stumbled across a 1905 Queen Anne Victorian house that had been on the market for over a year. The house called to me because of its character and craftsmanship. I instantaneously fell in love with the 6 bedroom house. As a result of that, I sold my staging business and I poured my heart and soul into this awesome property, which was already zoned for a bed & breakfast. And so, the Sparkman House Luxury Bed & Breakfast was born! I hope you come and experience my lovely bed and breakfast. You won't be disappointed.
