We assume you would prefer to take your own bedding, towels etc but can supply linen if required at a small extra charge for cleaning of £10. (Fleecy blankets and hot water bottles included)

Must not had their licence suspended for any period within the last 3 years Must have no more than two convictions with a maximum of 3 points per conviction Must not have obtained a BA,DD or UT conviction
Points -
A maximum of 6 points
Accidents -
Must not been involved in more than one fault incident within the last 3 years
Drivers are personally liable for all legal penalties (eg: speeding, parking fines, congestion charges, etc) which are incurred during the period of hire
Copy of licence and 2 proof of address to be given at booking for Insurance purposes
List below of acceptable documents by Insurance company for proofs of address etc:

Documentation to retain from each driver:

1. Copy of the photo card drivers licence (Address & ID must be up to date) 2. Online licence check - https://www.viewdrivingrecord.service.gov.uk/driving-record/licence-number (UK licence only)
3. Two forms of proof of address (Address must match the drivers licence) 4. Cleared and traceable security deposit (BACS, Credit/Debit Card, Paypal, Cheque etc)
5. Signed rental agreement
The following documentation is acceptable for proof of address alongside One Utility Bill/Statement:
(Must be dated within 90 days of the hire date)
Council tax bill/statement
TV/internet/landline telephone bill (Including Sky/Virgin/BT etc) Bank or Credit Statement
Credit card bill
Mortgage statement
Passport

For annual statement utility bills -- to fit in with the 3 months date they say to contact your utility provider and ask for a statement from them then the date they send it to you will fall into the 3 months

"I have to say for myself that if you use bank or credit card statements please blot out any financial figures as I have no wish to know my guests personal financial affairs as I am sure you do not wish to share them with me also !!

Van must be returned in the same condition you collected it please :
Clean, with all rubbish, recycling etc removed -
If excessively dirty on return a cleaning charge of £50 will be applied
Any breakages/damages will be deducted from deposit or Insurances depending on the extent
Van will be supplied with a full tank of Diesel and must be returned with a full tank of Diesel
Absolutely NO smoking in or near the van
We appreciate your help in this to help keep our van in great condition
