Kim was wonderful to work with, and her space is terrific. Great location in a nice section of Inner Richmond, at a great price.
Kim is an amazing host, so friendly and helpful with loads of information and things to dol. Her apartment is inviting and comfortable. It's in a great location really close to public transport and this awesome burrito joint. The itself room is huge with everything you need but still homely
The house is in a quiet neighborhood, and it has a convenient location for grocery shopping, dining and playing. Kim is a very responsible host, organizing info folder in the room, answering various questions and etc. Her hospitality is greatly appreciated.
I was very happy to meet Kim and stay at her place. Kim has great house and location is super cool. She provided a lot of information about San Franisco and what to do even before I have arrived. It is very helpful. I wish we had talked more, but I always was away. Kim, thank you very much for your hospitality.
Kim gave very clear directions to her house, and was very helpful in answering all my queries. I stay there for three nights. There was a heater in the room and plenty of blanklets, which was useful for someone not used to the cold nights in san francisco. The house is conveniently connected by buses to the union square area and the neighbourhood felt safe. The room faces the street, but it was rarely noisy, save for a few cars with loud engines in the midle of the night. Thanks kim :)
Thanks, Lucia. I’m glad you were able to keep warm because you were not prepared for SF’s chilly weather. This is a quiet area with no buses, restaurants or bars on the street although SF is a major metro so impossible to be absolutely silent. A recent guest slept with the window open their entire stay. I’ll let you know if I make it to Singapore. =)
Kim is a very friendly host and I was happy to have met them. She is helpful and give you good information about San Francisco and his life. The day will start perfectly with little surprises from her like a cookie or other sweets. If you have questions or other problems don't be afraid to ask her, she will give you enough information.
The room and the bed are very big and the bathroom is good, too. There wasn't any complication with her because of the shared bathroom.
Everything together it was a nice hostel for my vacation in San Francisco.
The room was clean, spacious and had everything one may need. The common areas of the apartment were also clean, nicely decorated and inviting. I liked the location, as it was very accessible via multiple frequent bus lines. Kim was a great host, respecting privacy, but also to a great person to chat with. Not sure what more to ask for.
Had a wonderful (albeit very short) stay with Kim last month. She was so welcoming, had lots of great tips about San Francisco (places to go, things to eat), and was just generally a lovely person to chat with! Thanks again!
