Overlooking the championship golf resort complex, this self-contained luxury retreat apartment offers 3 bedrooms with a gorgeous ensuite bathroom, 2nd full bathroom and downstairs toilet.

Fresh from major renovations including a face lift for the kitchen, which allowed for installation of a premium Caesar stone benchtop, and re-vamp of all the common areas and bedrooms makes for a warm, light and lovely space from which to enjoy the Hunter Valley.

As an added bonus, Villa De Saran overlooks the 11th green and captures further views of the golf course and astounding valley views beyond that.

To make it even easier to get around the wonderful local area, Villa De Saran is located just a short walk from reception, which is where bus tours pick up and drop off wine and good-times lovers.

It has a sunny east facing living area, air-conditioning and large sunny entertaining balcony and relaxing views to the Barrington Tops and across the golf resort complex. Visit the Pokolbin wineries and superb restaurants, stroll to the nearby Health Retreat & Spa, or be challenged on the fantastic choice of local golf courses, including this famous one and the new Greg Norman designed, The Vintage.

Self contained with fully equipped kitchen incl oven, cooktops, microwave, Nespresso Coffee Pod Machine (BYO pods), free wi-fi, smart TV, sink, fridge etc. Linen provided to 5 star standards.  BBQ on deck for you too enjoy.

Perfect for 3 couples, can even squeeze in some kids on the sofa bed if needed, and one night stays accepted within 1-5 days from arrival (subject to minimum charge). Health spa, restaurants and facilities just a short walk away. Sleeps 6-8 with use of sofa bed in living area.

The Minimum Booking price is based on up to 6 guests. Any guests above this number are chargeable on a per person/per night rate. The system will automatically calculate the correct rate when you enter in the required number of guests. Any guest number reductions are non-refundable.

Pools: If the property has a Swimming Pool then it will be open for swimming for the September NSW School Holidays and closed and Winterised immediately after the NSW Easter School Holidays has completed.

Fires and Firewood : If the property has a Wood fireplace or Firepit then firewood will be provided after the NSW Easter School Holidays up to before the NSW September School Holidays has commenced.

Guest Registration : Before guests are able to access the property, we will require an online ID check (scan drivers license) and also a visual Credit Check (scan credit card). The names on the ID and CC must match the name of the guest. The Guest Registration Document that we ask the guest to sign is a PCI compliant, encrypted and totally secure and trusted process, now used by 75,000 guests. This process is consistent and similar to what Hotels require for for ID prior to allowing access to a room.

Please also note that we may have installed a Wifi security camera at the front entrance of the property. We are progressively rolling these out through every property in 2021.

This property is managed by Weekenda, a licensed real estate. Weekenda staff are available 7 days a week to assist from your initial enquiry through to your departure and everything in between.
