Das Haus hat einen schön angelegten Garten mit Pool, Kinderspielbereich, Sonnenschirme, Liegen und Sitzgelegenheiten verteilt auf 3000m², nur 300m von Meer und Strand entfernt. Es sind eigene Privatparkplätze am Gelände vorhanden. Villa Barbara bietet 10 neue luxuriös ausgestattete Apartments.

Die Unterkunft
Über Airbnb buchen Sie hier ein Apartment mit 1 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, 1 Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC, Küche mit Essbereich und Wohnbereich mit Couch, welche als Schlafplatz für 1 weitere Person genutzt werden kann. Das Apartment hat keine eigene Terrasse.

Villa Barbara bietet insgesamt 10 neue modern ausgestattete Apartments, welche zusammen mit den Terrassen einen sehr guten Urlaubswohnkomfort bieten.

Sumartin ist ein malerischer Ort, gelegen in einer der Buchten an der südöstlicher Seite der Insel Brac. Das saubere Meer (Baden auch im Hafen), Angebot an frischem Fisch von den einheimischen Fischern, überaus wunderbare Natur, Möglichkeit des Kontakts mit der unberührten Inselumgebung wo gesunde Nahrungsmittel hergestellt werden (Käse, Honig, Lammfleisch, Wein), sowie Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten im naheliegenden Ort Bol machen aus Sumartin einen attraktiven Aufenthaltsort. Die idyllische Altstadt von Selca (2km von Sumartin entfernt) ist immer einen Besuch wert. In unmittelbarer Nähe von Sumartin befinden sich einige ruhige und versteckte Buchten (Rasotica, Zukovik, Radovnja, Studena, Zvirje und Spilice) mit Sand- und Kies-Sandstränden.
