You'll find this two-level condo in Dollar Point, a scenic community on the western shores of Carnelian Bay. Take morning strolls down to Skylandia State Park and Beach one mile south, go hiking or cross-country skiing in Burton Creek State Park one mile west, and take your pick of world-class winter slopes at Homewood Mountain Resort (nine miles south) and Squaw Valley (10 miles west).

No matter the season of your alpine escape, you'll feel at ease and at home with plush furnishings and vaulted ceilings. Spend winter evenings curled up by the wood-burning fireplace, lounging on the sofa with a good book or a board game, and preparing hearty soups, stews, and cornbread in the full kitchen (which includes a dishwasher) and shared hot tub.

Parking Notes: There is free parking for 2 vehicles. *Please keep in mind that these are the Dollar Hill II's HOA's rules, Vacasa has no authority to alter or make exceptions to any HOA rules.

Dollar Hill II HOA rules regarding parking:

The units parking permit is red and is inside the units for the guests use (and need to be left inside the unit when not in use and when completing the reservation). The parking permit needs to be displayed in the cars rear view mirror when the vehicle is parked. Guests can have one additional vehicle parked close to the unit without a parking permit (and HOA won't tow vehicle is parked correctly in a marked parking spot). Guests cannot exceed more than two vehicles in the parking lot at any time. If guests are found to exceed the two-car maximum additional vehicles are subject to be towed at the vehicles owner expense. Snow plowing happens in the winter.



Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
