Absolute Best Location around. Check the reviews!

The building is centered directly in the heart of Williamsburg, a few blocks from the L train to Manhattan. (4 minutes) The loft is shared with myself and my roommate Giovanni whom can always be available if there's anything needed.

The loft is extremely spacious with 12 high ceilings and includes a large, sunny living room with 3 couches, bike racks, a vast record collection and a 131 inch HD projector.

AMENITIES
The bedroom includes natural brick walls,
a window that gets great sunlight all day,
Super Comfy Queen size bed.
Room comes stocked with professionally cleaned, folded towels, sheets, etc.
The apartment has super fast wifi, a dishwasher, granite counter tops and brand new appliances.

Duvets and Pillows are all dry cleaned professionally prior to stay.
Powerful A/C units will keep you cool in the summer.
Chromecast with access to Hulu Plus, Netflix, HBO GO.
We have no pets, so allergy concerns are no issue here.

The combination of location, space, rooftop access, and affordability sets this apartment apart from the rest. The neighborhood is a hotbed of boutique shops and eateries, bars, music venues and a bustling center of the entrepreneurial, Brooklyn spirit. The building sits literally atop the mall containing verb cafe, Brooklyn Fox, Bookstore, etc.

LOCATION
The Location absolutely does not get any better. McCarren Park is just a few blocks north and offers free public swimming, concerts, basketball, baseball and tennis courts and is popular among sunbathing locals. The East River is just 3 blocks west with breathtaking views of Manhattan. The Williamsburg Bridge is a 10 minute walk south and a fantastic way to quickly and efficiently access Manhattans amazing Lower East Side.

CLOSEST SUBWAYS
Public transit is a piece of cake.
The L train is just a few blocks North, one stop from Manhattan (about a 4minute ride)
The G train, a few blocks east, takes you to The Barclays Center, Botanical Gardens, etc.
The JMZ train is about 10 blocks south and also 1 stop from Manhattans Lower East side
And few stops from SOHO, Manhattan's downtown shopping district.
Multiple buses to and from Manhattan are also accessible at Driggs Ave., one block away.

Some of the coolest restaurants are all within blocks. Foodies love this neighborhood because there are so many amazing restaurants and food experiences of all levels in the neighborhood.
