This 2 bedroom ground floor apartment is set in a quiet courtyard just a short walk away from the river Ness.
No.3 May Court is a great base for you to explore all the restaurants, bars and cafés that Inverness has to offer, as well as the many historic and cultural attractions in the city and beyond.

Die Unterkunft
The Kitchen includes a coffee maker and dishwasher to make your stay more relaxing.
The cupboards are stocked with the expected essentials.Tea, coffee, sugar and basic condiments are supplied.

There is a dining table to comfortably sit 4 people.

The Lounge area has 2 large 2 seater sofas, giving generous seating for 4. TV with built in DVD player and freeview channels.

Bedroom 1
King size bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe rail with plenty hanging space, dressing table and hairdryer.

Bedroom 2
2 x single beds, chest of drawers and wardrobe rail with plenty hanging space, dressing table and hairdryer.

Shower room
Great sized shower cubicle with electric shower, underfloor heating, wash hand basin and WC. There is a shaver socket for chargers.

Hall cupboard
The washer/dryer and freezer is in here with cleaning agents and fabric softener supplied, kitchen towel and toilet paper are also supplied, there is an ironing board, iron and clothes airer.

Outside space
There is a communal courtyard garden and No.3 has an outdoor seating area for 4 and use of a washing line.

Heating is electric throughout.

Well behaved pets are welcome, reimbursement will be expected if there is damage caused.

There is a parking permit provided in the apartment, with that on your dashboard it will cover you for parking on the 5 streets that surround No.3 May Court, streets being - Alexander Place, Tomnahurich Street, Kenneth Street, Ardross Place and Ardross Street.
All streets are a short walk away.
Please remember to return the permit before you leave so that other guests aren’t affected !
I have attached a toy car to the permit to hopefully help remind you!
At exceptionally busy times pay and display parking is available beside Eden Court Theatre just a short walk away.
