Shower includes rain shower head with crystal wall, full size washer & dryer.

Private & conveniently located. Just 30 minutes from San Juan International airport, 5 minutes from El Yunque National Forest, 5 minutes from popular Luquillo Beach and the Food/Beverage Kiosko's also in Luquillo.

This Villa is approx 900 square feet, featuring a full kitchen, marble floors, 65-inch large screen tv, lounge area with reclining leather chairs, which is perfect for cocktail hour, watching small planes fly to St Thomas, Culebra or Vieques & watching cruise ships float by in the evenings, complete with gorgeous bathroom with walk in shower featuring a rain shower head & crystal wall & glass shower door. Also full size washer & dryer located in the bathroom. Private balcony for this Villa, too--ocean front.

In addition, there is a stand alone Villa connected via a separate large balcony. Also perfect for another couple or grown children, 1-queen size bed. Separate entry/exit & complete with all the amenities. Perfect set up for one family to enjoy the entire area.

Guests of my Villa get complete access to the Pool, Pool lounge area, Garden & BBQ area. The pool is open 24/7, too, so feel free to splash around at 2am if the mood hits you!

Also, parking is available directly in front of the Villa, off-road.
