New construction completed in May of 2017! Immaculate custom built 2 BR/1BA 1,000 square foot home in 26th Ave beach/Pleasure Point area. 2 miles from Capitola Village, downtown Santa Cruz and the Boardwalk. Home is located 1 block away from 26th Ave. beach on a quiet dead end street with very little traffic. Located within walking distance to the best surf spots in Santa Cruz, including Pleasure Point, The Hook and 26th ave.

The home is set back 125 feet from the street offering a quiet, tranquil setting. The neighboring houses front the street which offers plenty of privacy. The property receives a lot of morning and early afternoon sun...perfect for morning coffee or tea while breathing in the fresh ocean air.

The main room has 17 ft. high vaulted ceilings with skylights and numerous windows giving it a wide open feel filled with natural light from all directions. This room has a new 55" 4G Smart TV With Netflix, Pandora, Youtube, web browser and all the other apps included in the smart TV. The double sliding doors lead out to a beautifully landscaped yard offering plenty of outdoor areas for lounging, sunbathing, barbecuing, outdoor eating and an outdoor fire pit. (Firewood not provided). The large enclosed outdoor hot shower is a surfers and beachgoers dream when returning back from the beach.

The ground floor bedroom features a brand new pillow top California king sized bed with all new pillows, sheets and comforter for a tranquil nights sleep. Also included in the room is a very spacious closet.

2nd story bedroom/loft- This room has a very comfy new queen bed and a queen futon bed that can be folded up into a couch if desired. Natural light surrounds this room from open vented skylight and window. *Please note that this is a loft ceiling which is high in the middle and slopes down on each side as it goes out. It may be uncomfortable for taller people.

The custom gourmet kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking. All new stainless steel appliances. Refrigerator has automatic ice maker and a purified cold water dispenser.

Parking- Street parking. There’s plenty of street parking close to house. Please limit cars to no more then 2 vehicles.

No Pets allowed on property at any time.

Please understand this is not a party house. We want to be respectful of our wonderful neighborhood observing quiet hours, and keep the house in the great condition it is. :). We have a strict NO SMOKING policy for the entire property which includes both inside and outside of the home. Any evidence of smoking done on the property will result in a us retaining the full security deposit. Must be 25 years of age to book.
