Our B&B guarantees you welcome, hospitality and high quality services in a structure built recently, with five rooms furnished and with all the comforts, spacious and bright breakfast room wherein you have a good breakfast and finally garden, solarium zone, private parking (max 3 car) and other services that will allow you to pass an unforgettable holyday.
B&B Erminia is a new structure situated in Presicce, opened in June 2012. It’s located near Salento’s most beautiful beaches and cliffs( Santa Maria di Leuca, Torre Vado, Pescoluse, Torre pali, Lido Marini, Gallipoli).
We have 5 bright and comfortable rooms with all furniture and also with bathroom, air conditioning, tv LCD touch screen, free Wi-Fi, towels, outdoor terrace with table and chairs.
We offer you a hearty breakfast in breakfast hall with homemade cookies by Mrs Erminia, fruits, cereals, yogurt, coffee, milk, tea and fruit juices.
