I would like to accommodate guests on the upstairs floor of my recently renovated two storey apartment home. My property is located in a safe, quiet & family friendly residential area, off Thimbirigasyaya Rd.

Guests will have access to 3 large bedrooms (1 with an en suite bathroom with hot water), kitchen, living/dining area, Secondary bathroom & balcony.

Nearby railway station, bus stops & Trishaw drivers for transport

Please note - No pets or smoking allowed inside the property

Hello, Thanks for taking the time to view my Airbnb profile. My name is Sunil and I am a British Sri Lankan who is now retired. I have lived and worked in the UK over the last 40 years with my family and now due to my retirement I can spend time living in both the UK and Sri Lanka. I enjoy spending time with my family and during my free time I enjoy gardening, DIY work, cooking and travelling abroad. I own a two storey apartment home in Colombo 5 that has been recently renovated and I would like to accommodate guests on the upstairs floor where you will have access to 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 of which is en suite), kitchen, living room area and a balcony. I will be an unobtrusive host, as you will have the accommodation completely to yourself with your own set of keys during your stay here. My apartment is an ideal place as a base for you to explore Colombo and Sri Lanka, so please do contact me if you are interested in staying here.
