The newly refurbished self catering apartment forms the bottom section of the house shown and can sleep up to 4 people in 2 bedrooms. The large master bedroom sleeps 2 people with a double bed and a small sofa. There is also a bunk bed in the second bedroom which is accessed via the main bedroom and kitchen . The sun room has a dining area for up to 4 people and a lounge area with TV. There are patio doors leading out to the enclosed garden which is available for your shared use with the owners.

The sun room has a dining area for up to 4 people and a lounge area with TV. There are patio doors leading out to the enclosed garden which is available for your shared use with the owners, the owners will only need very limited access mainly during the day. There is a good sized self catering kitchen with an array of appliances and utensils including an under counter fridge/freezer, oven, washing machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, pots and pans, plates, bowls, cups, cutlery etc. A small but functional modern shower room with electric shower and a separate toilet and wash area. The apartment has Wi-Fi throughout, TV, DVD, a selection of DVD's books and games for adults and children. We can also offer a travel cot, stroller and high chair if needed. If required we can collect you from the station or airport for a small additional charge.
There will be a Welcome pack in your apartment with some basic items to help start you on your holiday as well as a selection of leaflets showing the attractions in the area. The owners will be on hand to give any information or help you may require during your stay.
The location of the apartment is ideal for exploring all of Cornwall with Newquay, St Austell and Truro nearby. There are also many places of interest in the area.

Dogs are allowed but please contact us first with the breed, age and temperament of your dog before booking. No dogs allowed on any furniture unless covered with a blanket first to be provided by yourselves, they are not allowed on the beds under any circumstances, also they must not be left unattended in the apartment. There is an additional charge of £20 per dog per booking to cover for extra cleaning. Maximum two dogs.
This is to be paid direct to the owners on arrival.

LOCATION
The self catering apartment is located in an elevated semi-rural position in the heart of Mid Cornwall between St Austell on the south coast and Newquay on the north. It is 12 miles from Newquay airport, 4 miles from St Austell and the Eden Project, 14 miles from Truro, Cornwall's capital city and 5 miles from the A30 being the main road running through the centre of Cornwall. From the property you can see the north and the south coast and on a clear day right down to the Penwith peninsula in the far west. You will also see some stunning sunsets if the weather is in your favour.

We have a BBQ with all necessary utensils that can be used if you wish.
We can lend you buckets and spades etc. if needed.
You can enjoy Alfresco DINING outside in the garden or if you prefer inside in the Sun room whilst enjoying the views across west Cornwall. Locally within 250 meters there is a very well stocked Premier store and local chip shop. There are also many nearby take-aways that offer delivery. Asda and Tesco superstores are just 5 miles away.
We have a selection of board GAMES available.
We have a stroller, travel cot and high chair for INFANTS
We have various INFORMATION leaflet's showing places of interest.
There is an IRON and ironing board .
BED LINEN and TOWELS are provided to lighten your load. Please bring your own BEACH TOWELS.
We are happy to assist you with your LUGGAGE to and from the apartment.
There is PARKING at the property.
TRANSPORT. We are just over 4 miles from the mainline train station and can collect you from there if needed. We are on 3 main bus routes with buses every 30 mins. If you wish to fly into Newquay we can collect you for a small additional charge.
There are two TV's and STERIO as well as a DVD player along with a selection of games and DVDs.
The kitchen has a WASHING machine and there are washing lines inside and out.
You will be provided with a WELCOME pack of food items to help get your holiday started.
