Our comfortable 2 bedroom, 1 bath Maui Condo is in a great Location. Across from a beach park with a protected beach, playground equipment, barbecue facilities, tables and benches right on the beach under the cover of trees.

Maid Fee is $100 and the Hawaii Tax is 14.42% on rent I receive are NOT Included in AirbnB Charge. They are Paid separately 30 or more days before occupancy.

Cozy fully furnished 2 bedroom 1 bath condo at Honokowai Palms B5 across from Honkowai Beach Park. Nestled along the west Maui coast, this centrally located two bedroom one bath condo is just 360+ yards north of the Kaanapali Beach Club (formerly Kaanapali Embassy Suite Hotel) and the Aston Kaanapali Shores Hotel, 35 yards to the Beach Park, and 70 yards to the Pacific ocean. Sleeps 4 Adults comfortably - 4 max persons.

The condo is on the first floor in a traditional Hawaiian setting of lush gardens with a partial view of ocean and park. Play Area in front of our Condo.

Honokowai Beach Park is right across the street where you can view exquisite sunsets (and whales from November to late April), barbecue, dine, play baseball or volleyball, soccer, swim, or just meet people there. It is the best beach in Maui for young children because of the protection provided by the reefs. Condo is fully furnished with large refrigerator, stove, microwave, 42" flat screen cable TV, DVD, CD, WiFi in condo, small appliances, beach supplies (Boogie Boards, snorkeling equipment, mats, beach chairs, etc.) Pool, barbecue and picnic area, and lush gardens in front and back of our condo. The kitchen is full size with a walk-in pantry.

Master bedroom has a queen size bed and second bedroom has twin beds. The floors are a dark brown plank. Our Maui vacation home with all its amenities can be your home while in Maui.

We do not have ACs for most of the time we have tropical breezes from the mountains and ocean that are quite refreshing. We have large ceiling fans in all the rooms and additional portable fans in the bedrooms for when the doldrums hit in late summer. We are on the bottom floor on the north end of the building and have an opening behind us between the buildings that funnels the mountain breezes thru our unit.

We are in a village environment with the popular Farmer's Market & their store & deli just 60 yards away as are other shops(Snorkeling & Dive shop, Coffee shop, takeouts, etc.). Two very popular takeouts ( Okazuya and Fish Market (Sandwich) are 100 yards away). The Bus stop that runs from Lahaina, Kaanapali, Honokowai, Kahana, Napili, & Kapalua is 60 yards away. It also connects to an island wide bus system - except to airport.

Maid Fee is $100 and the Hawaii Tax of 14.42% on rent are NOT Included in AirbnB Charge. They are Paid separately. This saves you additional taxes and service fees on the maid fee and the compounding effect of the taxes and AirBnB fees by paying them direct to us 30 or more days before occupancy.


Peak Period Rates (Jan 4 to Apr 21 ) are 20% higher.
Christmas Period Rates (Dec 18 to Jan 3) are 30% higher

Our condo is a licensed & registered vacation rental property with the State of Hawaii

Upon confirmation we provide recommendations for local discount Car Rentals, Fun Things To Do, our favorite Dining Spots, and best beaches nearby for snorkeling, boogie boarding and body surfing.

VIRUS NOTE: Cancellation Policy is Moderate:
Full Rent refund 5 days prior to arrival.
AirBnB Service Fee Refund 14 days prior to arrival.
Free cancellation until 14 days before check-in (time shown in the confirmation email). If booked less than 14 days before check-in, free cancellation for 48 hours after booking, up to 5 days before check-in.
After that, guests can cancel up to 5 days before check-in and get a refund of the nightly rate and the cleaning fee, but not the service fee

We have been providing our vacation condo as a vacation rental since 1999. More than half of our visitors are repeats who enjoyed it so much that they keep on coming back. Repeats occupy our condo 5 to 6 months a year. They love the location, the friendly neighbors, the Farmer's Market, nearby eating spots and markets, the price, and easy access to Kaanapali, Lahaina, Kahana, Napili, and Kapalua. Our favorite travel has always been Maui. There is just so much to do and see. Our children and grandchildren love it in Maui.
