Brighton's main attractions, including British Airways i360, are all within easy walking distance.

Kitchen/ Dining Area
The modern Harvey Jones kitchen with granite worktop comes with a four ring hob, NEFF combination microwave oven, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge freezer. The island bar equipped with two stools forms the dining area.

Living Area
White washed floorboards, feature fireplace and a Futon company sofa create a contemporary living space. You will find 32'' LCD TV with Freeview channels and a sound system.

Bedroom Area
The sleeping nest houses a king size bed, partitioned off from the main living area by a glass wall. Small wardrobe, together with under-bed access, provides convenient hanging and storage space.

Bathroom
Fully tiled bathroom with bath and shower overhead, mosaic wash stand with a mirror above, WC and heated towel rail.

Balcony: Out of use until mid September 2020
The balcony provides exciting views over the Bedford Square's communal gardens and down to the sea, overlooking The Bandstand - what better way to spend a lazy evening sitting on the balcony with your favourite tipple.
