- All rooms are nonsmoking.
- You can use only the shower for bathing.
- Talking loudly is forbidden after 9:00 p.m.
(There are many elderly people in the neighborhood, and they go to bed early.)
- You cannot flush paper down the toilet. (It empties directly into the river.)
After using toilet paper, please throw it out in the garbage can provided.
- Please clean up after yourself during your stay.

- I will collect your trash when I come to clean after you check out. However, please separate it yourself.
If the garbage can is full, please tie the bag closed and leave it there.
There are new garbage bags under the microwave.

Points to note
- This house is on a narrow street along a river, so it does not come up on Google Maps!
Please make sure to print out the directions before coming!
- It is close to the station, but because the road is under construction, it is very hard to understand the way.
Please watch the video of how to get from the station to the house. (If possible, please download it.)
- There are sections without streetlights on the way to the house. At night, the road is pitch black, so please be sure to check in by 3:00 p.m. When it gets dark, you will not see the entrance!
It really is pitch black.
- When you go out at night, you will be returning home in total darkness, so make sure to bring a flashlight.
(There is a flashlight in the entrance area.)

■Don’t lose a Pocket WiFi!
I charge you $USD300 if you lost a Pocket WiFi.

■Watch your step. The stairs are steep!

■When you go outside in the evening,
please be sure to take a flashlight.

■Don’t leave your children at house while you go out.
This is very dangerous and we are not responsible for that.

Hello, I'm Sachiko. I was born and raised in Tokyo. I also live in Tokyo now. My roots are Nagano. I live with my husband, 4 year old son and 2 year old son! They are very cute and always energetic. I would like to introduce a lot of delicious Japanese food. Japanese ramen, sushi, tempura, rice balls, takoyaki, Matcha, and Japan have delicious foods of the world! My favorite music is classical music, jpop, cold play, bruno mars, Queen and musicals. I often watch Youtube with my husband. I like Japanese comedy programs and trivia corners. I have been to Hawaii, Phuket, Bali, China and Taiwan. My dream is to meet friends all over the world. They are all my Airbnb guests. I enjoy interacting with guests the most! I want to touch the culture, language, and thinking of different countries. They grow me as a person. And you can make a lot of friends! Airbnb sparkled my life. I want to share that joy with you. I'm looking forward to meeting you! Thank you (Website hidden by Airbnb) Sachiko
