Hello,
My cottage is suitable for people that want to enjoy the peace and quite of the country side but not completely isolated as it is quite close to the picturesque villages of Schull and Ballydehob.

kitchen and living space are open plan with three bedrooms adjacent.

Die Unterkunft
My cottage is unique because it has panoramic views of all of roaring water bay which includes the islands of Cape Clear, Sherkin, Castle and Horse island to name a few. it also gives guests the unique view of the atlantic ocean in its calmest and its wildest days with huge waves breaking over the fastnet rock to the western end of Cape Clear. This cottage comfortably fits 6 people can accommodate more if needs be.

Zugang für Gäste
Guests will have access to all of the cottage and the large garden outside but also I live and work on my farm which surrounds the cottage guests can come and help out with the milking and any other work they may feel they would like to do to make there stay more enjoyable. local amenities are quite close the old Ballydehob Schull walk trail is only 5 minutes walk from the cottage which will take guest back to the late 18th century when it was then used for horse drawn carriages and people walking to and from the towns. The trail also takes you to Derreennatra pier which is lovely for a swim and take photo of while sitting up the large Monteray pine tree which is over a 170 years old..

Hi,
Während deines Aufenthaltes
Yes I would love to get to know my guests either through working with on the farm or socialising in the local pub. But this is entirely up to my guests if they want to take a rest and completely switch off from the outside world that is there choice. I will be around as much as possible I live just down the road and will be tending to animals up and around the cottage most days.
