Enjoy a stay in one of the most convenient locations in Brisbane. Located just off Coronation Drive close to the bustling cafe street of Park Road in Milton. Whether travelling for business or leisure, this apartment is close to the offices along coronation drive, brisbane CBD, the Milton business park area, Wesley Hospital, with great restaurants, cafes and pubs within short distance. Metres from bus, citycat/ ferry and train stations, you'll find this neat and apartment convenient.

The space is compact and smartly furnished, fully equipped for anything you might need on your short or long stay. It is decorated in calm and energising blue and makes the most of the large windows to allow light through the full apartment.

The master bedroom has two large, tall wardrobes on either side of the bed with some decorative features.

The second bedroom has ample storage with a large chest of drawers and oversize floor to ceiling wardrobe as well as two single beds that can slide together if needed. You'll find a desk and chair in the second bedroom as well.

In the lounge room, although compact it maximises the space well. It has a five seater sofa in front of an LED TV screen. The Wifi and USB access in the apartment means you're able to login to your Netflix account if you have one or just relax watching the available channels. A four seater dining table allows you to entertain or read the newspaper in equal comfort.

In the hallway, you'll find decorative and homely features along the open and modern shelving units. There's ample space to add your own homely touches, store your work files or put kids toys away.

The kitchen comes with the cooking essentials like oil, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, salt, pepper, flour, coffee and tea. You'll also find some basic food items like a can of soup or a loaf of bread in the freezer - intended to get you by if you arrive out of hours and need something quick and easy before getting organised. Otherwise, it's fully equipped with oven, stove top, microwave, kettle, toaster, and a medium sized fridge.

The bathroom is simple and clean, with a toilet, shower and vanity with hand basin. In the lounge, you'll find a linen cupboard with some spare towels, sheets and blankets.

Downstairs, you'll find a private laundry for the apartment. It's fitted with a 7kg washing machine and 5kg dryer, so you can get big loads of washing done at once. An iron and ironing board as well as some cleaning equipment can be found here too. There's also communal clothes lines at the back of the building.

It's designed for long and short stays equally.

You'll have full access to the apartment as well as an undercover carparking space. The carpark is for a small car only and must be reversed into, it takes some patience the first time. If you have a large car, it's suggested that you park on the street and pay attention to parking regulations including game days.

Please note that the apartment is also in close proximity to suncorp stadium meaning that it may get busy, particularly with regards to street parking, so it's worthwhile checking the suncorp stadium events calendar if you think this might bother you.

The apartment is located in a small 1970's block (total 6 apartments) just near to coronation drive, the business park and in an area of new high rise developments. It is a bustling area both day and night. Across the road is a brand new gym that allows both day and monthly access passes. There are many cafes within walking distance, including the renowned park road cafe district, and a coffee shop directly opposite the apartment. Within 200m is a Shell service station with Coles Express open 24 hours, so emergency supplies (whether it's nappies or a sausage roll or milk for the coffee) are on your doorstep.
