The 'Casuarina Beachfront House' offers modern accommodation in a stunning location. There is direct beach access from the 50m away from the rear of the property.

The kitchen is fully equipped and the living and outdoor areas have been set up for entertaining.

Follow the path past the pool to the outdoor seating/BBQ area next to the fire pit (when permitted). This area backs onto a bike path/walkway that takes you directly to the beach. Surfboards are available for use during your stay.

THE HOUSE
The double height entry and the free to use surfboards will be the first thing you notice upon entry. This architecturally designed house was built to give you an informal, casual and welcoming feel. It embraces coastal living with large timber clad sliding doors and polished concrete floors allowing you to create and indoor/outdoor way of living.

KITCHEN
Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen set up for entertaining. There is a coffee machine, dishwasher and all other standard appliances available.

LIVING
The living and dining area are open plan and designed to give a feeling of an indoor/ outdoor feel. All sliding doors can be opened up onto the deck that overlooks the pool. There is a tv, playstation, dvd player and bluetooth stereo available for guest use.

OUTDOOR AREA
The upper deck overlooks the plunge pool and landscaped garden. A great place to relax on the deck, cook on the BBQ or entertain. If you follow the path towards the rear of the property you'll find an outdoor setting set up with a fire pit (when permitted) and fairy lights.

BEDROOMS
The neutral palette and light filled rooms upstairs satisfies most. Comfortable beds, walk in robes, hotel quality linen, toiletries, pillows, blankets and bath towels are provided. The master bedroom ensuite is quite a talking point.

BATHROOMS
There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms upstairs. Each bathroom has full size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash and bath towels.

OFFICE
A small office space is available and Wifi is provided throughout the house.

LAUNDRY
The internal laundry has everything you need to wash and dry including laundry liquid and a dryer.

GARAGE + PARKING
Currently the garage is unavailable for guest use. Off street parking is available or there are plenty of spaces on the street.

Dear Guests,

For the benefit and wellbeing of all our guests and neighbouring residents we have put into place some terms and conditions. As a condition of your confirmed booking it is implied that you have read and agreed to abide by these terms, understand and will comply with our house rules to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and surrounding areas. Please read the rules carefully in order to avoid miscommunication, loss of security deposit or excessive fees & charges.

CHECK IN Check in time is 2pm or later unless prior arrangement has been made with your host. Self check in and access to the property is available via a coded lock box. Check in instructions will be sent to you the day before check in.

CHECK OUT
Check out time is 10AM. Please follow the 'Check Out Instructions' (see below) before you leave. We do a property inspection once a guest has vacated to ensure all check out instructions have been followed and the property has been left tidy and in an undamaged state. Failure to do so may result in extra cleaning fees or a claim on your security deposit. If you would like a late check out please contact us to arrange a time. Late check out fees may apply.

CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS
Please ensure you follow these steps to avoid any extra cleaning fees.
1. Remove all personal items.
2. Remove all of your food from fridge, freezer and pantry.
3. Dishes, utensils and cutlery must be washed and packed away.
4. Throw out rubbish and put in appropriate bins.
5. Fans, lights and all appliances must be switched off.
6. All windows and doors to the property must be closed & locked.
7. Leave the house and outdoor areas clean and tidy.
8. Rinse surfboards with fresh water and replace on board stand.
9. Clean the BBQ with cleaning products provided.
10. Please put the key back into the lockbox.

EXTRA CLEANING FEES
Extra cleaning charges may be incurred for the cleaning of dirty dishes, food removal, rubbish removal, cleaning of BBQ, stained linen etc. If the cleaning costs exceed the set cleaning fee on your booking summary you will be charged the additional costs.

PARKING
Please park in designated parking spaces. Do not drive on grassed areas.

WIFI
We offer Free WIFI, on a fair use policy. Our speeds are good, and you are welcome to use it, however heavy use such as streaming will incur additional charges.

UTILITIES
Please do not leave any electrical appliances switched on when they are not in use, or when you are leaving for the day. This includes air conditioners, fans, hair straighteners, tv, stereos, portable device chargers. Wi-Fi and utilities are closely monitored. If excessive or commercial use of utilities such as gas, electricity, water and Wi-Fi is detected during your stay we reserve the right to make a claim on your security deposit.

FAMILIES + CHILDREN
Children must be under active supervision at all times and duty of care is at the responsibility of the parent or guardian. All child friendly items are maintained & checked regularly. If a porta cot, high chair or baby gates have been organised/hired throughout your stay, we request that you do an inspection of approval of these items upon arrival & prior to use.

EXTRA PERSON FEE
Guest access only. You may not allow any person/s other than the person/s named on the Booking Summary/Confirmation to occupy the accommodation or the property. Please contact your host if you wish to invite visitors or extra people. If you have arranged this without notifying your host you will be charged a penalty fee. Your booking includes up to 6 people per booking unless prior arrangements have been made. We are happy to discuss your specific requirements upon booking.

PARTIES & EVENTS & FESTIVALS
We have a strict NO PARTY, NO EVENTS & NO VISITORS & NO FESTIVAL ATTENDEE POLICY. We do not accept reservations for guests attending festivals. Failure to comply with this policy will deem your booking invalid. If a complaint is reported, appropriate authorities will be notified if anti-social behaviour has taken place. All guests will be evicted immediately without refund or notice.

NOISE
Please be respectful of fellow guests and residents. All noise levels must be considerate after 8pm. This home is in a residential area and any complaints of noise levels from the neighbours or any other source will render your booking invalid. In this circumstance, we reserve the right to evict all guests immediately without refund or notice.

PETS
No pets are permitted on the property. If there is evidence that a pet has visited or stayed at the accommodation, it will be deemed a breach of these Terms and Conditions. You will be requested to remove the animal and charged a $200.00 cleaning and deodorizing fee.

COMMUNAL AREAS
We kindly request that all guests leave common areas safe, neat, clean and tidy after using them. Offensive or anti-social behavior will not be tolerated. All noise levels must be considerate after 8pm.

LOSS OF KEY
Loss of keys will result in a $50 replacement

LINEN + REPLENISHMENTS
Bed linen, pillows, blankets, bath, hand and kitchen towels will be supplied. Replenishments include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash, toilet paper, washing powder, dish liquid and most kitchen essentials e.g. cooking oil, salt, pepper. Please bring your own beach towels. If any linen or bedding is damaged or missing you will be charged the cost of each item. Please do not remove towels from the property.

THEFT & DAMAGES
All damages and breakages must be reported to your property host as soon as possible. Failure to report an issue will result in a penalty deduction from the security deposit. To avoid damages and breakages, please do not move furniture or decor. An inventory has been done of the accommodation and the facilities to monitor theft and property damages. We also perform an inspection shortly after each check out. Nothing in this clause limits our rights to recover damages over and above the amount of the quoted Security Deposit on any booking platform.

PERSONAL ITEMS
Personal items left at the property will be returned to the nominated address upon request. All postage and packaging is at the guest expense. We take no responsibility for the recovery or return of these items.

FIRE PIT + OPEN FLAMES
Fire Pit use is subject to seasonal change, local fire restrictions may apply (check with your host). Ensure a responsible person is in attendance at all times. This person holds all levels of responsibility and liability, including damage to their own property, neighbouring sites or to the accommodation. Fires must be completely extinguished prior to leaving the site. Accelerants are NOT permitted in any form.

SMOKING
This is a strict no smoking premise. If you smoke, please leave the property to do so. On the day you check out, we do an inspection. If there is evidence of cigarette smoke odour or cigarette butts you will be charged an extra $250 cleaning fee.

PROBLEMS + COMPLAINTS
In the case of any problem or complaint, you must inform your property host at the earliest opportunity. We will rectify the situation as quickly and efficiently as possible. You must allow repair/service access to the property during reasonable hours.

RESERVATIONS + PAYMENT TERMS
To book the accommodation, payment must be made in full at the time of booking. A Security Bond is required prior to your arrival to cover any property damage, excess cleaning or any other costs incurred as a result of your stay. We will not make a claim on your security deposit pending a satisfactory final inspection of the accommodation by owners, host or staff. Once payment has been received, you will receive a notification confirming your reservation. You agree to these terms and conditions/house rules once you have made payment. All reservations regardless of booking platform are subject to these terms and conditions.

OTHER FEES
A surcharge will apply to payments made by Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal. All surcharges and fees will be displayed on your Booking Summary prior to confirmation. The cleaning fee applies to all bookings and is on a per stay basis. Direct bookings with Hostie Properties will incur a $15.00 administration fee. Hire fees of porta cot, high chair & baby gate may apply. Some properties include these items in your stay. Check with your host.

SECURITY DEPOSIT + PROPERTY DAMAGE
Guests are required to provide a credit card security deposit either direct with us or through the booking platform. Any deductions for property damage will be taken from the credit card details you have supplied or a claim will be made through the booking platform. Within 24 hours of check out we do a property inspection, please ensure you follow our house rules and terms and conditions to avoid any claims being made. The quoted security bond amount is an estimation only. If the cost of any damage exceeds the quoted security bond amount on the booking summary/platform, you agree to pay the cost of any damage in excess of to the property owner. You also pay any fees in relation to the breach of these Terms and Conditions/House Rules. Nothing in this clause limits our rights to recover damages over and above the amount of the quoted security deposit. Security deposits are refunded within 7 days of check out date providing no claims have been made.

CANCELATION POLICY
If you need to cancel or amend your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible. We must receive notification of cancellation in writing or via the booking platform. Email: contact@hostie.com.au. Terms of cancellation and refunds are subject to the booking platform cancellation policy.

PRIVACY POLICY
We’re committed to protecting and safeguarding any personal data you provide and will not make this information available to any third party. We act in our guest’s interest and are transparent about the processing of your personal data. Contact us for more information.

COMPLIANCE
These terms and conditions/house rules apply to all bookings made at this property regardless of source of reservation. If you make a booking with us you agree to accept these terms and conditions and are legally bound by it. Additional terms and conditions may apply specific to your booking and you will be notified if this is the case. You’re are liable to the property owner in respect of any costs, claims, liabilities, losses or expenses suffered or incurred in respect of any breach of this Agreement.
