We'll get comfortable in our studio barn/workshop area, where you'll grab a glass of homemade wine from our organic orchard, wildcrafted herbal tea, and/or fruit-infused spring water from our bar before we get started. Once everyone is settled with a beverage, I'll do a quick demonstration to show you the techniques and procedures for making several different styles of rings. Then you'll get busy working hands-on with different tools and materials to create your own custom, unique ring exactly to your liking. I can provide as much support as necessary to help you to feel comfortable with the process and to create your desired outcome. We'll seal/finish your ring if necessary and you'll take it home with you at the end of the session. For those who are interested, you will also have an opportunity to tour our urban homestead and be immersed in the many endeavors we have going. Other things to note: -We have free-range chickens and 2 outdoor farm cats. All are friendly. :) -If you aren't seeing the date or time you'd like available on the calendar, feel free to send me a message and we'll try to work something out if possible! -In order to maintain the very intimate nature of this experience and the value for all guests, we typically do not allow non-participating onlookers. Please ensure you book a slot for all members of your party so we can be adequately prepared for you.

First, participants will meet at 3820 N 14th St, St. Louis, MO 63107 in the Historic Hyde Park neighborhood in St. Louis, MO. While there they can get acquainted with one another, and set intentions for the "Hoodoo And The Blues" Experience. Participants will be encouraged to share their reasons for joining the experience with the group. Participants are not required to do so, however. Next participants will enjoy an immersive learning ritual with us in North Saint Louis as we explore the impact of Hoodoo in our culture. Participants will will discuss High John, make some red brick dust, host a foraging scavenger hunt and listen to live Blues Music by musician Cary Brown. Items to note: Finally, this is an experience for open and culturally interested types. Adults & children will enjoy this the most. If you are a history buff you will REALLY enjoy this!

We start in the River Market area where the original farmer’s market still operates. From there, we’ll move through the garment and library districts, noting the unique architecture from over 100 years ago. From atop Quality Hill, we’ll look to the west and see the same view Lewis and Clark saw overlooking the confluence of the Kaw and Missouri Rivers. Passing through the West Crossroads area, we'll wander into the city's premiere entertainment neighborhood, the Power & Light District. We'll hop onto the free street car for a quick ride to get us back to the River Market.

This city hike takes you through the heart of the Crossroads Art District, where we'll stop at a number of colorful murals* to discuss or for a quick photo shoot, including through Artist's Alley. You'll be exposed to the differences and similarities between graffiti, murals, street art, ghost art and public art. Along the way, you'll learn some of the lingo, like throwing up a piece, fading and lacing, splash. Join me on a walking tour to discover the beautiful architecture of downtown Kansas City. We will start by exploring Union Station, recently named one of the most beautiful train stations in the WORLD by Architectural Digest. (August 2022) Taking the free street car north a few blocks to the Power & Light District, we'll hop off and begin the walking portion of the tour, passing by some of the oldest and most interesting buildings in the city. We'll discover a hidden rooftop garden that most locals don't even know about, and explore a bank vault that now houses a movie theater! Whether you're a student of architecture or design, or just a lover of pretty buildings, streetscapes, and hidden gems, this tour has a little something for everyone. NOTE: This is a one-way tour, starting at Union Station and ending near 9th and Main Street. If you parked at Union Station, you can take the free street car back at the end of the tour.

At the most magnificent and unique locations in St. Louis, the Gateway Arch and Old Court House, you will be met by one of my hand-picked photographers. We'll show you how to see and recognize this unique surroundings. Feel and experience its power and energy. We will assist you in permanently capturing this moment. We will use our camera to record the scene as you are enjoying it in. We developed our unique style through the years of expertise. We understand how to deal with such a large landmark, so your photograph will be flawless. We will demonstrate and explain you the stories and mysteries of this place that only locals know throughout the session. Aside from that, we will tell you about the most significant case in US history, which was heard at this Court House. This will also be appealing to children. Within 5 to 10 days after the session, we will give 15,20 high-quality edited images (per ticket). This activity is for two persons. THERAPEUTIC & ROMANTIC There is tremendous power in touch! This has been known for thousands of years in the Far East. Human beings have a need to be touched frequently Massage therapy brings healing and relaxation to a persons body. At the end of a hard days work nothing is better than a foot rub or neck and shoulder rub. I refer to it as “Ten Minutes in Heaven” I will instruct you in the basic principles of Swedish massage so you feel confident giving your partner relief from the stress of a long day! Your hands were made to touch each other!! This 90 minute class will give you skills you can use at home to put a smile on each other’s face. With my knowledge of massage and experience in teaching I will guide and instruct you to give a relaxing massage to your partner. Each of you will spend 30 minutes on the table with your partner working on your neck,shoulders,back,legs, and feet. You will both feel confident giving a mini massage to each other after a long day at work or while watching tv

Two hour investigation of the house and farm. You will be allowed to conduct your own paranormal investigation of the farm. I will give you a history of the home and a walk through tour of our paranormal hot spots and then help you investigate the house. Basic investigative equipment available, but you are welcome to bring your own. Other things to note Please remember to be courteous of our ghosts, they are family! Our farm is a peaceful happy place, and we want to keep it that way, so refrain from ouija boards and other items that would change that. If unsure, please ask.

Pack a Picnic! We'll meet you at the gate! Upon entering our sanctuary, you will most likely be greeted by our 20 sheep & 30 goats. They are very vocal and ready for you to pet them. We'll begin our tour by hand feeding these cuties through the fence as they are a bit pushy when it comes to snacks. Next, we'll enter our paddock of 20-ish male alpacas and hand feed them while we are in their field. The grand finale of our tour is releasing our 20-ish female alpacas and their babies into the picnic area with us to give them some yummy treats. The animal feeding will last approximately 1.5 hours, then you’re welcome to sit and have your own picnic you have brought. We a bathroom and sink for hand washing and plenty of tables and chairs to sit at. This will be a mostly informal tour, if there is anything on the property you would like to see more of just let us know. Other things to note: If the dates or times listed don’t work for you or you would like to book a private tour, please contact us with a day and time that will work and we’ll do our very best to make it happen! This is a camelid, ovine, and caprine rescue. We keep severe cases in private suites. We understand if you don't want to see them during their healing process. If you do just ask. We aim to be very transparent.

Come explore the ruins of Ha Ha Tonka at the wonderful Lake of the Ozarks as only a local can show you. See not only the popular views with the tourists, but stop by some local's favorite views as well. **Please note, due to construction at the park some trails are closed until late June** We will start by taking a stroll to spring, while I point out great views, a little local history and take photos as we see fit on the way. From the spring we will head up 316 stairs to the water tower, continuing to take photos along the boardwalk at the top, and taking in the impressive views from above the spring. There are several rest areas along the way if you should need to utilize those. The boardwalk up top has some amazing places to stop for a few posed photos, as well as some very unique history I would enjoy sharing with you. From there we will continue up a few more stairs to take in the water tower. After you have explored the water tower area, we will continue on towards the castle ruins. We will loop around the carriage house and learn a little about how the structures were made, all while I am still still capturing memories for you along the way. We will end our experience at the famous castle ruins, and photos taken from the best view of the park. Your photos will be professionally edited and returned to you within 48 hours to share while the memories are still fresh.

I’ll take you to several unique locations, some of which are only available to me. Some are secret locations that I have utilized over the years in my business as a wedding and portrait photographer. I’ll take photos with my professional equipment and email you up to 4 professional edited images. Tour lasts one hour.

Sharpen your knives and get ready to become a sushi-making master! In this fun class with Chef Legina, you’ll discover that making sushi on your own is something anyone can do — even you! Grab your friends or a date and head over to an awesome local brewery to learn everything you need to know to make fresh, restaurant-worthy sushi rolls from scratch. Treat yourself to a crisp beer and roll up your sleeves to try out your new skills. In this hands-on class, Chef Legina will teach you how to make two classic sushi rolls. You’ll start by learning to make perfectly fluffy, sticky sushi rice. Then you’ll expertly slice and layer ingredients for a salmon avocado roll and a crispy shrimp tempura roll. Roll them up, slice, and serve! You’ll get to learn valuable new skills from a culinary expert and you can take those skills home with you to use whenever the craving strikes.

One of our trained team members will greet you with a prearranged beverage or your choice. We'll take a stroll through Dragonfly Meadows pasture and learn a bit about the horses. Once a horse and you lock eyes, you can choose to feed and groom your new friend. We will supply treats and brushes. If weather permits and you desire, we will assist you to sit on or ride the horse in a round pen. Dragonfly Meadows is the home of rescue horses, donkeys, goats, chickens, one cat & more animals to come. Our team offers an experience to all those interested in learning and loving on our animals. Located on over 120 acres near Perry Lake just 25 mins from Lawrence or Topeka, and 50 mins from Kansas City. Do you have your RV in tow? You will begin your night in the Historic West Bottoms. The West Bottoms is the old stockyard district in Kansas City that has been revitalized into a thriving cultural center. The West Bottoms is the best place to be for all things artistic in KC. When you come to a Barrel Show, you will be met at the front steps of the Historic Hobbs Building by one of the Barrel Guides. The Hobbs is an old manufacturing warehouse that has been redesigned to house almost 50 unique art studios. Inside, there are animation studios, sculptors, painters, tattoo artists, and The Barrel of the Bottoms. You will be guided up the stairs through the 100 year old building, learning bits about the building and studios as you pass. The stairs may wear you out, but Inside - magic awaits. The Barrel is unlike any venue you have seen. Once inside, we mingle and connect for a while. Then, the lights will drop and you will be lead by myself or my co-host through one of the most interesting nights you could imagine. Anything can happen and sometimes we're not even sure what will come next, but we will be in for the ride right along with you.
