10:30 am - The class begins with a visit to the famous historic market of Ortigia, where you can start learning about the rich traditions of Sicilian cuisine and taste the fresh produce directly from the sellers
11.30 am - After the market visit, we will cross the island of Ortigia going from the Temple of Apollo, Piazza Archimedes, the famous Jewish quarter of Giudecca, where we will see the typical narrow streets and the Jewish bath "miqwaot", Piazza Duomo, and finally to the source Arethusa, all surrounded by the scents of the Sicilian streetfood.
13:30 pm - Guests can enjoy the best street food, where only the locals go for lunch.
