To better understand what you will be doing, I have divided the experience into 4 stages :)
1. Welcome and tasting <3
You will be welcomed with a refreshing Indian drink followed by tasting of variety of Indian snacks. It will be a great opportunity to know each other, chat over our food interests and have a convivial cultural exchange.
2. Exploring the menu of the day...
The heart of Indian cuisine lies in its spices, so its only fair we first learn about them. I will take you on a journey of exploring more than 20 Indian spices for their cooking/health/medicinal benefits. I will provide you with the recipe and we will go through all of them quickly.
3. Wear your apron and be the chef :D
With the army of spices and ingredients by your side, I will guide you to prepare the meal of the day. The meal will have main dish, dessert, Indian bread and some sides.
4. Time to eat !!!
Finally, the time has come when you will eat the tasty food you prepared with so much efforts and love. We will share the meal together and continue making memories :)
You will leave with a full and happy stomach, unforgettable tastes, a small souvenir and a new outlook to vegetarianism :)
After you book the experience, we can discuss and modify the menu according to your tastes ( spicy/not so spicy ) ;) so don't worry as you will be in good hands :)
