I live in Choeng Doi, just outside of Chiang Mai on a beautiful property surrounded by naturally flowing stream and rice fields. While in a quiet rural setting it is close distance to urban facilities, restaurants, local markets, and temples.

Yoga and Mindfulness Retreat in Nature

1.We can start our day with 30 to 60 min of morning mindful walking and guided sitting meditation. It’s depend on how comfortable you feel
2.Afterward we’ll explore our neighbor’s rice field and learn about the rice cycle
3.Then we will practice 60 minutes (depend on how comfortable you feel) of morning yoga in my studio or in our beautiful garden, which is big enough to hold 20 people). I will adapt to your level or eventual limitations.
4.After yoga practice, we will share a delicious lunch that I prepare myself.
5.Later you can have a bike ride to explore Wat Phra That Doi Saket Temple : Breathtaking temple! (10 min bike from our property) and the very nice and authentic local market nearby or you could go for a tea or cup of coffee in the beautiful garden at the BaanPa’s Café

Note: Yoga and meditation classes plus brunch are included in my experience price. Coffee/dinner is optional and on your own expenses.

I teach Vinyasa Yoga, Power Flow, and Gentle Therapeutic. Also, specialize sessions in restorative yoga, yoga therapy, and Chair yoga for Healing & Strength. I have a love for making my classes inclusive for everyone can join, and while they are challenging, I make them safe and fun.

Wo ihr sein werdet

1. We will practice yoga and meditation on our beautiful property in Choeng Doi, close to Chiang Mai city. We can practice in the garden or in my yoga studio. We will visit our neighbor rice fields.
2. Gorgeous Wat Phra That Doi Saket Temple : Breathtaking temple! It is an authentic temple not very touristy.

J'ai passé avec Amori une matinée très riche en découverte, dans un lieu fantastique qu'elle a bien pris le temps de me faire visiter. J'ai pu vivre d'intenses moments de méditation selon sa méthode et un cours de flow yoga qu'elle a su bien cibler en fonction de mes besoins. C'était génial ! Elle a pris grand soin de m'accompagner ensuite au grand temple de Doi Saket avec de précieuses explications. Le déjeuner était incroyablement délicieux et copieux ! beaucoup de bienveillance, Amori est une personne adorable vers qui je reviendrai sans hésitation à mon prochain séjour, avec l'envie de partager cette belle expérience avec des amis. Merci infiniment d'avoir eu l'idée de proposer cet événement !!

This experience was one of our holiday highlights. We requested dates that were already blocked out and Amori was so accommodating and was able to slot us in. The experience was beautiful and really allowed us to appreciate the present moment. And lunch! My goodness, it’s a beautifully crafted feast and tastes as good as it looks. I'm solo travelling and was lucky enough to accidentally book this experience on a day when no one else booked it, so I got Amori all to myself. We had a magical day. She showed me some rice fields and her neighborhood, we did mindful walking, a breathing medication, yoga, lunch and then visited the local temples. Amori was so accommodating and had great energy. I recommend this to anyone new to or already practising mindfulness and yoga as I think it can help you to start or grow your practise.

Amori gave us a personal mindfulness exercise, opportunity to meditate, tour of her amazing garden, a personalized yoga class, outstanding fruit design & a tour of the nearby reservoir. We enjoyed all the activities which she did in an unassuming way - always personalizing for us. We had a delightful afternoon!

새로운 것을 타국에서 경험하게되어 치앙마이로의 여행이 꽉찬 느낌을 받았습니다. 수준에 맞게 Amori 선생님이 지도해주셔서 충분히 따라갈 수 있었고 친절함에 마음이 편했습니다. 한국에 귀국한 뒤 요가를 더 해보고싶고, 이후 다시 치앙마이로 간다면 Amori 선생님을 다시 뵙고싶습니다.

치앙마이 시내 외 요가 보다는 가격이 있는 편이지만, 영어가 어느정도 괜찮으시다면 체험해보시는 것도 좋을 것 같아요. 호스트 분이 매우 친절하시고, 요가 후에 먹는 음식도 맛있었어요. 다만 그랩을 타고 간다면, 그랩에서는 주소가 잘 찍히지 않으니, 구글 맵에서> 그랩으로 연동 하는 방법을 통해 오시기를 바랍니다! 저는 길을 헤매서 조금 늦게 갔는데, 그래도 환대해주셔서 감사했습니다. 절 투어는 기대하지 않았는데, 저희 팀은 운이 좋게 근처 절도 다녀올 수 있었습니다. 오전에 요가를 하실 때에는 생각보다 쌀쌀하니 얇은 외투를 챙겨오셔도 좋을 것 같습니다.
