Was ihr unternehmen werdet

The rugged coast in Lagoa`s region is one of the most beautiful places in Europe! The rock formations have been carved out by the water over the course of history. Stanning views and serenity to mind and body, is what you can find on this hike! We will begin the walking, on the cliffs, in Senhora da Rocha, traveling about 3 kms. Its a safe, relaxing and peaceful hike, children can participate (12 years). You will encounter impressive landforms such as stony arches, natural bridges, caves and secluded beaches . The views are superb for taking pictures. Throughout our walk we allow the energy of this wonderful landscapes to prepar our mind to receive the mindfulness exercises. We will do 2 small stops in which I will guid you verbally through small breathing techniques, and relaxation movements; induce basic steps of meditation such as stimulating our senses of hearing, smelling and visualization to relax our mind and progress to a deeper state of relaxation. In this state the mind and body are regenerated and we feel more lucid and aware of our true peaceful energetic state. Perfect for beginners in meditation, for whom these exercises can make it easier to meditate more pleasantly. We will end, in Marinha beach considered one of the most beautiful beaches in Europe. Here, I offer a small Typical Meal, Dessert & Sangria, on a privileged country terrace with magnificent views.

We will walk along the cliffs of several beaches, like Fontainhas, Barranco and Barranquinho beach. Ending on Marinha beach, where the Michelin Guide awarded the distinction of one of the 100 most beautiful beaches in the world, for nature has surpassed itself, and produced a magical bay with cliffs and gables suspended over the sea! Here, the cries of the sea birds and the blue of the sea are majestic and it fills us with good energies.
