Was ihr unternehmen werdet

This experience was made for the rainy season!!
We begin at the Capilano Pacific trail, the opposite side of the Capilano suspension bridge. Greeted by enormous evergreens and great tall mossy maple trees, the sound of the river is present immediately as we gently wind along the ridge 350 feet above the river below.
A easy path guides us through dense and spactactular rain forest.
Loaded with waterfalls, wildlife and beautiful trellis and bridge work.

We arrive on top of the great Cleveland Dam with sweeping views of the famous Vancouver Lions,
Grouse Mt. tram and the beautiful
Capilano River below.
A round trip will take 120mins.
Other things to note
Dress appropriately for a forest walk.
Bring a small snack and water.

The Capilano Pacific Trail is certainly my favorite trail to hike of all!

Magical misty morning with Natalie in the Capilano Canyon Rainforest. Natalie grew up roaming these trails and it shows - she has the insider knowledge that you need to appreciate the history and the majesty of this great trail system. Highly recommend!

Natalie was such a fantastic host! Her knowledge of the forest added so much to the walk - I got to learn about local medicine collected in the forest, 1000 yr old trees, and how to spot bear trails. The salmon were also running so we took a little side trip to watch the fisherman and the fish swimming upstream. All in all it was a 5 star experience, and the only thing I would add is more time! Natalie has so much knowledge I feel like we could've spent hours out there and still found more to talk about!

Natalie was super friendly and knowledgeable about the forest like her back yard. We had great times along the trail and also successfully saved two little boys finding their dog.

Great hike and very knowledgeable tour guide. Bring sturdy shoes if it’s a little wet and a granola bar or nuts for a quick snack.
