Looking for a deeper mind-body connection? Do you struggle to unwind?

Flow into peace with this 60 min Vinyasa Yoga Class designed for all levels.

We will start the practice by warming up the body with some gentle twists and movements, before moving into a series of Sun Salutations designed to get your body and mind in a state of flow.

This practice will get your heart pumping, and does involve a moderate amount of physicality. I also incorprate exercises to strengthen the core muscles.

The practice winds down with some with deep hip openers to help you release any stagnant emotional energy and tension stored in the hips.

We will end the practice with a guided relaxation and meditation which will leave you feeling peaceful, calm and grateful to yourself for honouring your mind, body and spirit by taking part in this practice.

I'm a certified Yoga Instructor from Australia. I completed my training in Sampoorna Yoga at an Ashram in Miami, Florida and teach yoga in person and online.

I began practising yoga as a way to manage the stress from my job as a corporate lawyer. I've come to realise that Yoga is so much more than a series of movements. Yoga is the union between the mind, body and spirit. My aim is to guide you towards a deeper mind-body connection through movement, breathe and guided meditation.

I loved my morning yoga class with Mahsa, 10/10! Mahsa offered great progressions and regressions to accommodate for all levels. I am not a big yogi, but feel that Mahsa could convert me! Thank you.

interesting and a little new compared to last week. a variety that allows u to be more challenged if u choose. my shoulder muscles felt more relaxed for more than a day afterwards and i felt happier. helped me w/my grief 'cause that cop had a ridiculous ending w/many &*it plotholes.

I felt really connected with my mind and body throughout the class. I felt enlightened as my spirit was lifted up and went to war against the forces chaos to achieve internal peace. Mahsa is a excellent yoga teacher with a very soothing voice. I felt supported throughout the practice and she provided many options for beginners. The class itself was a great balance of movement, breathing, stretching and relaxation. Her guided meditation at the end was so relaxing. I would definitely recommend this experience and will be joining again for more classes and for a private class!
