We have a family restaurant and cooking is in our blood! My great grandpa at the beginning of 1900 was a chef at weddings, and his love for food has been passed on to my beloved grandma, then to my father and my brother (who together own a restaurant in the Prosecco hills), and of course to myself! I love traditional Italian cooking and at the same time I am passione about healthy and natural food! My husband is also a great chef and food lover! During the morning, together with us, you will prepare, cook and eat for lunch delicious dishes from Italian traditional cuisine: The menu will include: - home made pasta - basil pesto sauce - tiramisu' dessert (traditionally invented in Treviso) - I will prepare also a crostata tart with a cup of tea or coffee to enjoy at your arrival as welcome and share the recipe with you We will prepare and cook everything together, and you will have your hands on all dishes, while enjoying a good glass of wine! You will then take home a booklet with all the recipes and a nice apron, as well as the tiramisu' prepared by you, and a bottle of Prosecco! We can prepare any other dish at your request!
