Our cooking course will take place in a newly renovated b&b in the center of Naples. We'll learn about the history of pasta, all its different shapes and sizes, and when to use which one. We'll then get our hands dirty; everyone gets to make their own portion of pasta for the lunch! We'll enjoy an appetizer while the dough is resting, and then get back to work. I'll help and guide you through making your own fresh pasta by demonstrating and giving tips. You'll learn how to make hand-cut pasta as well as making pasta with the help of a hand powered machine. When we've all finished making our pasta, I'll prepare our meal with it and we'll sit down together to enjoy lunch with a glass of wine.
