After getting settled we will begin introductions. My partner and I will describe our brand and mission as a small company. We will begin with a slide show and describe the cultural and historical importance of agave distillation in Mexico, the botany of agave, the production of mezcal, and of course tasting. The tasting it's self will function a lot like a wine tasting. Guests are encouraged to describe what they taste and talk about it as a group as we go through around 6-8 high quality agave varieties that are unavailable through any other source. Our mezcales are one of a kind and always evolving.
